Comment : Exceptional experience with Jeff Richards in Pre-owned cars. I drove 40 miles from N Richland Hills to “look” at a 2026 CRV EXL and drove it home! A pleasant negotiating experience with mutual respect. The dealership gave me a trade in value for my vehicle to make the deal work and quickly qualified me for Honda Financing. (It helped that I have a high credit score, 30 years home ownership, and 28+ years self-employed.)Then I met with Cody Wells, Sales Manager, for the final signatures. On an uber high tech desk screen, no less. What a pleasant experience after months of research and talking to three other dealers who tried to talk me into 2027s at a price I was not ready for. I got color inside and out that I had waited for. Right time, right place, and right people. Thank you.

The contrast in customer care became glaringly obvious when I took my vehicle to a different Honda dealership. I asked their service advisor if I needed to authorize any diagnostic charges, and he immediately said, "No, we will get it checked for you." The very next day, they called to confirm the issue was indeed the seat belt buckle, noted that the parts were in stock, and handled the entire replacement 100% free under warranty—no questions asked.
This dealership's absolute lack of product knowledge, refusal to help a customer with a safety defect, and aggressive attempt to squeeze a $260 fee out of me is disgraceful. Save yourself the headache and money, and take your business to a dealership that actually cares about safety and customer loyalty.'>

Comment : I was deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with a recent visit. I recently took my Honda for a service and requested the dealership check a defect where the seat belt registers as unfastened on my Honda Pilot. Since my standard warranty expired, I had done some research and found Honda Service Bulletin 24-027 and the active National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) investigation regarding this exact safety issue, referencing "NHTSA opens probe into 583,600 Honda vehicles over safety issues." Despite seat belt components carrying extended safety warranties, this dealership tried to exploit me by demanding a non-negotiable $260 diagnostic fee just to look at the vehicle.
When I quoted the service bulletin and the NHTSA investigation to the service advisor, he completely dismissed me and claimed he was "not aware of any seat belt issues with the Pilot." When I left the dealership, I called and requested to speak to a service manager, but he was equally dismissive when we spoke. He flat-out refused to waive the $260 fee to investigate a documented safety issue, and wouldn't even guarantee that the fee would be applied toward the repair if it somehow wasn't covered. Either they are completely ignorant of the fact that seat belts carry extended manufacturer warranties, or they knew exactly what they were doing and wanted to exploit my situation by misdiagnosing it as a completely different issue to force me to pay out of pocket. Either option is a terrible look for a major dealership that services vehicles every day. It was pure greed and a total lack of guidance.
