Comment : Don't get back with you. When they do they give you someone else number. I bought my car had a problem with it 2 days after. Called them was told to bring it in, when I told them not sure it will make the 2hr drive. They said they would come and get it, later got call back. They said it would cost them to much to come get it and take it to someone close to me. I took it to nissan and they couldn't get it to do anything wrong. Two days later I called again and was told to take it to nissan again. This time found out that the transmission needed replaced. I was told I would have to use the warranty company i paid for when buying the car. The warranty company didn't pay for all the repairs and car rental. I call Holmes Buick and asked if they would pay some of my out of pocket. At that time I never got a call back. So what im saying don't buy a used car from them unless you take it to your mechanic because they are not to be trusted. They should have told me to bring it back in and refund me my full amount back for the car. I wasn't and didn't know i had 30 days to take it back. That I guess is on me dumb.

Comment : Oil change and tire rotation. They also checked out ticking sound in engine that oil change eliminated
