From the moment I contacted them via their website, I knew I was in good hands. Noe & the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—never pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed in my particular situation, walked me through all my options for purchasing from the KC Metro, and helped me get my new vehicle all the way to my driveway--even the delivery drivers were nice!

The process was smooth from start to finish. They answered every single question I had with patience and honesty (even the weird ones—thanks for humoring me!). It truly felt like they cared more about helping me get into my chosen vehical than just making a sale.

Comment : I had a great experience buying my car at Holm Automotive in Abilene, and a big part of that was my sales lady was originally from Alaska. At first I thought that was kind of random, but it turned out to be the best thing ever. From the start, she brought this practical, no BS attitude that just made sense. In her words, "Back home, cars have to earn their keep." And even though we’re not dealing with subzero temperatures every day in Kansas, she still helped me pick out something reliable, tough, and ready for whatever our unpredictable weather throws at us.She asked me about my daily drive, what I needed in winter, if I had to deal with gravel or dirt roads, and explained which features would actually matter long-term like remote start, allwheel drive, and heated seats (which, yes, are amazing even here). She didn’t pressure me once or talk over my head just straight answers and solid advice and advocated for what my goals in the vehicle were.I ended up with a vehicle that fits me perfectly. It's not just about the look or the bells and whistles it’s something I trust and handle whatever Kansas throws at me. And I genuinely feel like she cared more about getting me the right car than just making a sale.If you're shopping for a car around Abilene, go to Holm Automotive and ask for the gal from Alaska. She's down to earth knows her stuff and will treat you right. Her name is Katharin! Thank you to Katharin and her team so much for the best experience I have had at a car dealership.
