Comment : Don’t trust them. I was working with a new sales person. I filled out an application for financing online, as she asked me to, but I asked her NOT to run a credit report until we had a chance to discuss numbers when I got off work. She agreed by text. My credit rating is excellent and I didn’t want a ding on my report if we couldn’t agree on numbers. She had the credit check run WITHOUT my permission!! I started getting notifications that there was an inquiry on my credit. I called her, and she avoided my call. I called again and spoke with a manager who made up a bunch of excuses!! No accountability from either of them. No apologies! I won’t work with this business again. They don’t care about the customer!! I’ll travel to Manhattan or KC before I buy a vehicle here!! Very disappointing

Comment : The folks at Holm's always do a good job servicing my car. I do have one complaint though. Whoever moved my car, put my seat all the way back and down. The back of the seat was also reclined half way so when I got in (I'm not very tall), I wasn't expecting that and it was quite a jolt. My back hurt the rest of the day.
