Comment : We had a wonderful experience from start to finish purchasing our new Ford Explorer from Kevin Hunter at Hoffman Ford, He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable while answering all of our questions. He took the time to explain all of the features that the explorer has to offer. And reassured me that if I had any further questions to not hesitate to stop by the dealership or give him a call. Comment : This Ford dealership is either incompetent or dishonest. They sent me a letter for a recall for a car I haven't owned for 5 years (which I didn't realize because I haven't memorized the VIN number, apparently and they don't put the vehicle model on the letter). Coincidentally, I had the same issue with my newer vehicle and made an appointment to have the work done under the recall. They didn't bother to tell me the recall wasn't for that vehicle until I dropped off the vehicle and they called me to say the work wasn't covered. So I agreed to pay to have the work done, but they charged me $150 to "diagnose" the problem I just told them I had and then returned the vehicle to me without making the repair because they didn't have the part I told them needed replaced when I made the appointment. This is quite a feat of customer service to take $150 from a customer and not perform any kind of repair when the customer is under the impression the work is being performed under a recall notice.

Comment : I worked with Alexandra (Allie). Absolutely phenomenal experience with her specifically, she was not pushy, negotiated a fair deal, and if there were any issues, we were able to iron them out. Definitely will give them business when were ready for a new ride.

Comment : I recently had 2 appointments at Hoffman. One for my oil change and one for my inspection. Both times i was very impressed! All of the staff were very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. i was always taken on time. i wait there for my vehicle to be done. i was very impressed with how clean and organized they keep everything. there is a customer lounge you can wait in and it was very nice. The ladies at the checkout counter were also great. Very friendly, professional, and patient.
The service center is very honest and trustworthy!
I will only deal with Hoffman Ford!!
I purchased my last 3 vehicles there.

Comment : Staff at Hoffman was amazing when I went in to purchase an Explorer ST. Hayden & James (Finance Manager) did everything possible to get me into a new car, highly recommend purchasing from there!
