Comment : I was in a car accident (not at fault) on NYE and the other driver?s insurance company had my car towed to crash champions. I no longer live in the area and was out west visiting family when the accident occurred. My experience with this shop was very mixed.

Pros: Very satisfied with work on my vehicle. You couldn?t tell any damage had been done. Staff was friendly and had great communication overall during the process.

Cons: I was initially told my repair would take a week. One week turned into three, then four. Parts were delayed and an employee was ill during this period. Regardless, a car repair should not take a month when you are quoted a week despite certain factors being out of their control. Additionally, one last thing had to be fixed and was yet again delayed and I had to have the repair finished in a different state.

Again, I do not live in the area. I was supposed to be in Boise for a week and ended up staying for the entire month of January waiting for my car to be repaired. I was very fortunate to have friends/family in the area I could stay with during this time, but the company offered no form of compensation for additional funds I spent having to remain in the area and the excessive amount of time while waiting for the car to be fixed ( I received an apology from an employee and manager). I worked in the service/hospitality industry for almost 15 years and feel that I was incredibly understanding of the situation, to a certain point. I am still trying to comprehend how there was no sort of compensation for the delay, regardless of the services being covered by insurance.

Comment : We had a great experience working with Erick on a bumper cover repair for a Hyundai Elantra. My wife also loved having the car cleaned and freshly detailed when we picked it up. Nice touch!
