Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Called for a quote as my gf car needed repairs. I live out of state and trying to find a decent shop for her to take it to. I am a mechanic by trade for 12 years and was met with the upmost disrespect over the phone. Told they won't listen to my diagnosis and will still charge a fee for it and won't accept customer supplied parts even if they part match theirs as I cross referenced everything. Super disrespectful to other mechanics seeking help and only want to upsell and take advantage. Do not recommend.
