Comment : Absolutely the best automotive service center in town. I took my 2006 Toyota truck in for some needed service maintenance and further diagnostic on the codes I had pulled. Hines got me fixed correctly with top quality parts. I know enough about automotive repair to know whether I need to try the maintenance myself or let a pro do it correctly the first time. Hines got me back on the road and now my truck is running like it had a supercharger installed. I am VERY pleased with their work and attention to detail. I like to keep my vehicles a long time and Hines Service Center has given my truck new life! Super pleased and grateful for their expert skills.

Comment : On Thursday, May 16, I was driving home from a work trip, stopped to get gas in Conway when my radiator and water pump failed at the gas pump. A seemingly sweet lady stopped and asked if I needed help. I accepted and she mentioned her husband works at a shop, Hines Automotive Center. They towed my truck to their shop around 4:30pm and took me to my hotel, that was super nice of them. However, the next morning I was expecting to get a call that they were going to replace my radiator and water pump, like I knew it needed. Nope . They had the audacity to try and tell me it needed a new engine and they somehow conducted a block test on a engine that couldn t hold a vacuum I rented a car and drove 3 hours home and had my truck a 2018 GMC Sierra shipped to my town and got it a couple of days later and dropped it off at a local shop near me. They replaced what was needed and told me it did not need a new engine in fact and that this shop was trying to weasel me out of $14,000 for a 6 year old engine that I service VERY regularly and only has 90,000 miles on it. This shop is completely unethical, lies, and cannot be trusted. You should be ashamed as a man, a business owner and flat out as a human to try and treat customers the way you do. I have multiple people that drive for work that come through Conway and have explicitly told them to stay away from this shop.

Comment : I'm honestly unsure how this place is still in business. The details would be a book. They're on here with other people, though, if you decide to heed the lower ratings. My advice would be to always get a second opinion on automotive work - especially if your first opinion came from Hines. *Edit to add post owner reply: You've obviously confused me with someone because it wasn't two years ago. Also... You either left out vital information on purpose to discredit me or you're lying... But... I've looked through these reviews and seen as you ALWAYS argue with every single customer that had a bad experience. You always have an excuse of some sort and I don't owe you an answer for "why" post now. I left a review on your Facebook page, but that page seems to have disappeared (wonder why - maybe the other reviews?) All I'm doing is telling people they really need to make sure they get a second opinion. If you're an ethical person that runs an ethical business, then that shouldn't worry you. If it doesn't worry you, then you wouldn't be so defensive.
