Comment : I took my truck in to be diagnosed and they found I needed a new battery and to replace some brake components in my rear brakes. They found this out, and fixed it all within a day of dropping it off and charged a very reasonable price. I was kept in the loop about it the whole time and all of the stuff were polite and efficient.

Comment : The technician took care of my car's issue quickly after a certain part was received. I am well pleased with the repair and the first-class service provided by Todd at Hines. This service center is absolutely the best in the county, and I have experienced many of them. Don't take your car to the dealership for service, take it to Hines Service Center. They Rock.

Comment : I brought my car in to check for a possible misalignment. After the car was checked, the manager courteously explained that they did not find any problem with it. Hines did not charge me for their service.

Comment : Before our Yellowstone vacation, we took our 2014 Toyota Highlander to Hines to perform their vacation checkup on 4/29/26. We had received good service there in the past and trusted them 100%. We were told the driver's side CV axle was leaking and urgently needed replaced. It was replaced and the inspection and repair cost $908.96. 1 week before departing for vacation, I saw transmission fluid was leaking from the driver's side. I contacted the shop and Todd said sometimes the transmission (transaxle) seal will leak when changing an axle. Had to take it back once to verify the leak and another day to change the seal, ar a cost of $273.09, which Todd said was half price labor. Halfway through our trip, the transmission started malfunctioning. I crawled under the vehicle and saw transmission fluid was leaking. Thankfully, the vehicle was able to drive 83 miles to the nearest Toyota dealership, where their mechanics said the transmission seal for the driver's side CV axle was leaking. 3.5 quarts of fluid was added and we had to go back to the hotel and wait for a new seal to be delivered. So we had to go back the next day to get the seal changed, at a cost of $527.63. We were told the seal was not installed correctly at Hines, and that was the cause of the leak. We talked to Todd, who was very apologetic and told us the seal was under warranty and we would be reimbursed for the charge at the Toyota dealership. So we received a check for $527.63 for the warranty coverage, and another for $400 as a refund for the botched seal replacement and for our inconvenience. Some might say this was adequate compensation, but my family would strongly disagree. We lost 2 days of our Yellowstone trip to deal with this problem while the hotel cost $400 per night. I can understand making a mistake, but Hines messed up twice. What makes this even worse is that the vehicle was taken to Hines to check everything before driving on a long trip, and we would not have had this problem if we hadn't taken it to Hines.

Comment : Family member had car issues and I had to work with them remotely. They were extremely accommodating and patient since there were often delays in communication on my part. Very friendly and helpful.

Comment : Recently, the self propel function ceased to work on my mower so I took it to Hines. They did fix it but my mower was returned to me in worse condition than when I took it in. It was covered with grease and grime; there were numerous scratches and dings that had not been there previously. I reported this and they admitted to doing the damage and appologized. While I appreciate this, it does not repair the damage to my mower or the broken trust. I will not be going there again. If you want someone to treat your equipment at least as good as you do, Hines is not the place.
