Comment : Our car broke down while we were on the road. We looked online for an auto shop with good reviews. Hillside Automotive Center came through for us. After dropping the car off, we appreciated frequent communication about diagnostics. Repairs were made according to quoted fee. The office was communicative and professional. Plus, there was a Rent-A-Car agent nearby, allowing us to pick up a rental while we waited for repairs to be made.

Comment : I had a pesky cooling system problem with my Range Rover that wasn't easy to duplicate or diagnose, but the guys at Hillside Automotive went above and beyond to figure it out. They worked with me to reproduce the problem, took the time to properly diagnose what was happening, and ultimately got it fixed.

Range Rovers aren't exactly the easiest vehicles to work on, so I really appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to troubleshoot the problem instead of just throwing parts at it. Their rates have also been very reasonable, and they've always been available to consult with me and answer questions when I need them.

It's hard to find a shop that combines good diagnostic skills, fair pricing, and this level of customer service. I'm very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Hillside Automotive.
