Comment : Scheduled my repair appointment within a very reasonable time. Gentleman came out and spoke to me directly about what was wrong, and listened to my concerns. Repair took the approximate time I was told. It's only been a couple weeks, but I've had no further issues related to the repair. For the most part, I feel their prices were fair and I would go back again, if the need arises.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Excellent service! I have been a regular customer since 2015. Faizan is very good at explaining what your car needs or doesn't. I have never had any issue after my car has been serviced.
