Hillsboro Ford had the vehicle I wanted in inventory, gave me more for my trade than another dealer I visited and didn't waste my time . Very professional and pleasant staff. Ask for Jerry 1 Reviews Cheryl olheiser Hillsboro, NH Reviewed : 06/06/2025 Comment : I’m very happy with my experience here, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. 1 Reviews Stephen simeone Hillsboro, NH Reviewed : 06/04/2025 Comment : I had a great experience while buying my 2024 Ford F150. I worked with Jerry, Connor and Becky. They worked with me on price, and made the experience very simple and pleasant, and quick. I would rather go to a dealership like this than one of the big ones in Manchester. My family will purchase from them in the future. 1 Reviews Brett greaves Hillsboro, NH Reviewed : 06/03/2025 Comment : It was an absolute pleasure to work with Becky and others this evening while purchasing my vehicle. Felt no pressure and was surprised how reasonably priced my purchase was. I was given plenty of time with the vehicle before making a decision, and after I was given a thorough “tour” and setup help. When purchasing your next vehicle I would recommend a visit here. The only real red flag is they laughed at my terrible jokes. 1 Reviews Mike m Hillsboro, NH Reviewed : 06/02/2025 Comment : I brought my truck to Hillsboro Ford for leaking transmission lines and an inspection of the front axle to get the automatic hubs working again. I chose them because they had helped me once before quickly and at a fair price. After an initial inspection, I was quoted about $900 for transmission lines and $1,800 for front axle work—with no guarantee the vacuum system would work. I approved the work, but a few days later I got a call saying I might need a new axle, wheel bearing, and knuckles—raising the cost by $3,500. I declined. When I picked up the truck, the bill was over $2,000: $857 for transmission lines, $591 for front end work (which was never done because their initial inspection missed items and they stopped the work based on this), and $618 for rear axle seals I authorized. On top of that, the ABS light was on—something that wasn’t an issue before. I was told the ABS wire had melted due to missing dust shields, which is odd since everything was fine when I dropped it off.Later, I was told I was charged $141 for a valve I didn’t need, just to get a fitting Ford supposedly didn’t have. I found that fitting for $29 at a parts store half a mile away. When I raised this, the story shifted—they claimed the cheaper one wasn’t aluminum, which feels like a cover. In the end, I fixed the transmission leak myself—it turned out the mechanic didn’t install one line latch and installed two others incorrectly. While fixing the ABS wire, I also discovered my front tire wasn’t torqued properly, damaging the rim.To sum it up: I brought in a truck with a simple transmission leak. I got it back with more issues than it went in with—ABS light on, leaking lines, a damaged rim, changing stories—and a $2,000 bill. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid Hillsboro Ford and their sister Jeep/Ram dealership, and I’ll make sure others know to do the same. 1 Reviews Cate Hillsboro, NH Reviewed : 06/02/2025 Comment : first impressions have been great 1 Reviews Paula jones Hillsboro, NH Reviewed : 05/29/2025 Comment : Meghan Royal at Hillsboro Ford Collision Center is the person who you will always want helping you with repairs when there is damage to your car.
