Comment : Working for a municipality can be very different than a normal sale. We require specific instructions and certain documents required by the administration to get purchases approved. The sales team went out of their way to accommodate our criteria. It was fast, clean and very friendly through the process. Comment : When we learned Hillsborough Ford in NH had the exact F150XLT we wanted, we called sales, Sales person Belinda answered our call. We traveled from Maine to Hillsborough, NH the next day. Belinda was waiting for us and the truck was also ready for us to drive and look at. Belinda was knowledgeable, straight foreward, and with Conner, the Sales Manager's approval our negotiation of our trade and the new 2025 F150's price a deal was accomplished in record time. Also, Belinda made arrangements with the needed departments to prep and clean the new vehicle, so we could drive it home that day. Belinda also assisted us in moving our possessions from the old truck to our new truck. We were very please to find the exact truck, and in the color we love. Comment : I was very impressed with this dealership, I called to see if they still had the car I saw online, and they did. When we arrived the car was in front warming up. Belinda was my salesperson she was so easy to deal with super friendly and not pushy at all. Belinda was knowledgeable about the car, answered all our questions. The finance manager Becky was friendly and very easy to deal with also. Drove home same day with my 2026 Explorer Tremor. By far this was the best car shopping experience I have had.

Comment : Mark did an excellent job walking me through the vehicle configuration I wanted, offering thoughtful suggestions that helped refine my choices. He and the team at Hillsboro Ford went above and beyond by locating a truck at another dealer that closely matched what I was looking for and arranging a dealer swap so I could take delivery much sooner than expected. The Finance staff also made the process smooth by coordinating the loan through my credit union without any issues. When I arrived, my 2026 F?250 was clean, prepared, and ready to go. Overall, the entire experience was efficient, professional, and very much appreciated.
