Comment : I wanted to say thanks for the great service last week, from Daniel at the service desk, and Matt, the service technician.
I carefully drove my 24' RV into Hillsboro Ford Saturday afternoon, with failing brakes, and was allowed to park there over the weekend. When I called Daniel at the service desk Monday morning, we discussed whether H F could fit my RV on their lift. Tuesday morning Daniel called with the very good news that they would be able to do the work, and promised delivery by Thursday. He then called later Tuesday afternoon, and let me know the work was already completed - a pleasant surprise.
So, thanks Daniel and Matt. I really appreciate that I didn't have to have my RV towed to another garage - possibly as far away as Concord.

Comment : Excellent service department, Olivia did a stand-up job especially being a newer service writer, kudos to who trained her. Matt the Service Tech was great, I explained my concerns and he got the problem taking care of being a technician myself I appreciate someone who actually fixes the problem and doesn't just replace parts. Thank you again. Also the General Manager Dennis was a very stand-up guy when I picked up my vehicle on Saturday after hours. If your Ford dealer scheduling out months give Hillsboro Ford a call they seem to get you in pretty quick.

Comment : Working for a municipality can be very different than a normal sale. We require specific instructions and certain documents required by the administration to get purchases approved. The sales team went out of their way to accommodate our criteria. It was fast, clean and very friendly through the process. It also helped that their pricing beat out other local dealers that made our sales pitch to the department very easy. Thank you Hillsboro Ford.

Comment : When we learned Hillsborough Ford in NH had the exact F150XLT we wanted, we called sales, Sales person Belinda answered our call. We traveled from Maine to Hillsborough, NH the next day. Belinda was waiting for us and the truck was also ready for us to drive and look at. Belinda was knowledgeable, straight foreward, and with Conner, the Sales Manager's approval our negotiation of our trade and the new 2025 F150's price a deal was accomplished in record time. Also, Belinda made arrangements with the needed departments to prep and clean the new vehicle, so we could drive it home that day. Belinda also assisted us in moving our possessions from the old truck to our new truck. We were very please to find the exact truck, and in the color we love. Comment : I was very impressed with this dealership, I called to see if they still had the car I saw online, and they did. When we arrived the car was in front warming up. Belinda was my salesperson she was so easy to deal with super friendly and not pushy at all. Belinda was knowledgeable about the car, answered all our questions. The finance manager Becky was friendly and very easy to deal with also. Drove home same day with my 2026 Explorer Tremor. By far this was the best car shopping experience I have had.
