Comment : Most easy going dealership, Chris, mark, and Rebecca will get you set up and you out of there fast with the best vehicle. My boyfriend just walked out with the most beautiful truck in ease. In a few years when i go for a new car that is exactly where i will be headed.

Comment : DO NOT GO TO HILLSBORO FORD!!!They ruined equipment on my truck for a routine inspection and refuse to pay the bill to the equipment professionals to fix what THEY damaged! Wish this was the first time but NO NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!They are CROOKED! Especially Mike and Leann in the service department ! I be going here for years and beyond disappointed in them. Comment : I brought my F150 in for its inspection and oil change. For whatever reason, they did not have my appointment on their calendar despite the fact I had called them directly the week before and booked it with a live person. No problem! They said they would get it done. Then of course, I needed new brake pads and stuff, I thought for sure I would have to come back because it was so close to closing time. But nope! They said "we got you" and did the whole thing! Even washed my truck afterwards! THIS is the reason we travel up to Hillsboro Ford for both of our vehicles. There are at least 2 other dealerships much closer to our home, but the customer service at Hillsboro Ford is unmatched! And when it's my truck, they talk to me. Not my husband. They don't talk down and are always professionaly, friendly, helpful, and make us want to go back.
