Comment : Does not want any business if your car has over 100k miles. Terrible business model and customer service. Recommend taking vehicle to someone who likes what they do.

Comment : Made online appointment to have brake hoses replaced. It's a couple hours job. Arrived first thing in the morning and was asked if I needed it back that day. Was told they are slammed. If you have available appointment times on your website schedule you should be able to get a simple job done that day or at least call the customer before they arrive early in the morning to drop off the car and inform them. Won't be back. 2025 and businesses can't pick up the phone???

Comment : I called them and asked about a water pump and the man on the phone said it would be around $1200, so I took it in to look at and they told me a little over $4000. I took it somewhere else where they are currently replacing it for $1800.
