Comment : Amazing and quick service! When my tire went flat and I didn't know where to turn to, Hills & Dale's auto care had my back. Not only did they put me at ease during a stressful time, but they ordered my size tire, had it there in 10 min, and was in and out within 30! Phenomenal customer service from beginning to end and the tech that fixed my tire was through and made sure I was safe to get back on the road again. Will be using this hidden gem business over diehl from now on! Thanks for saving my sanity hills & dales auto care!

Comment : Made online appointment to have brake hoses replaced. It's a couple hours job. Arrived first thing in the morning and was asked if I needed it back that day. Was told they are slammed. If you have available appointment times on your website schedule you should be able to get a simple job done that day or at least call the customer before they arrive early in the morning to drop off the car and inform them. Won't be back. 2025 and businesses can't pick up the phone???
