Comment : I took them my car and asked for a smoke test. They refused to do it because the check engine wasn?t on. I explained that the check engine comes and goes, he told me that because of too many scammers they can?t test a car without the code being on. I guess I was trying to scam them? I don?t know. Never going back.

Comment : My son and I were changing the rear brakes and rotors on his 2013 Hyundai Tucson when we had a bolt break off in the caliper bracket. We were referred to Hills and Dales Auto Care who were able to extract the bolt shaft and replace it with a new bolt.-we had problems finding a replacement bolt at auto parts stores. In addition, they reconditioned the brake caliper pins, as they had frozen, and made sure everything worked properly. Joe and Steve were friendly, efficient and upfront about the service and process plus the cost was very reasonable!

Comment : Paid for a repair that wasn't even the reason for my issues I had expressed to them. And then was not reimbursed for the fact that it did not repair my vehicle the had to have a complete engine replacement. Why would a shop not listen to the codes and look at the engine first? Paid 2 diagnostic fees for the literal initial issue i was having.

Comment : I cannot say enough good things about Hills & Dales Automotive. I have been patronizing their shop for several years. Everyone is polite and courteous. Never dismissive or condescending. Eddie went above and beyond diagnosing and repairing the dangerous wobble in my 2019 Jeep. The loaner car option makes appointments a breeze.

Comment : I toke my car in I told them my brakes were making a noice .One of the guys toke it for a ride and didn't hear anything.They we're very honest with me they could said I needed brakes to get the extra money . Also I got a oil change and my brake light bulb was out and they fixed that and checked my tire pressure and topped of my fluids . Good shop and all the guys are really nice !!

Comment : If you need a car while they work on your car they have one available to use. In my case they take me to work while they work on my car and pick me back up. Personable and dependable. Cannot say a bad thing about the Company.
