Comment : The lady who answers everytime I call sounds miserable and puts me on hold and never has come back to the phone to answer. I purposely stay on hold everytime for a long time, then hang up and call back and same thing. Ridiculous.

Comment : I took my 2015 GMC Yukon in for AC help, oil change and what I thought was an electrical problem with my dashboard lights. Robin and Morgan were wonderful - very transparent about timing and costs. As it turned out my dashboard lights were totally fine, just a dial that I had unknowingly changed. Prices were very reasonable and there was no pressure to buy or fix unnecessary things. I was so impressed. And so grateful.

Comment : I watched an employee assault somebody at this shop on Wednesday july 23. The man that was assaulted here was a utility worker that had accidentally pulled in the parking lot just trying to access the power poles. Apparently he found himself and his truck in a tight spot and just trying to get himself out of the parking lot and the employee became enraged at the utility workers and was giving one of the crew men a very hard time and the foreman was trying to help his co worker out just explained himself to the shop employee and the employee became enraged at the worker and started screaming and cussing at the workers and shoving his chest and fat gut into the man just simply trying to get out of there as fast as he could. This was hard to watch and I immediately decided then that i would not let these people work on my vehicle. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend going here , after reading the other negative reviews this seems par for the course here especially after the tacky responses left by the owner on the comments. Very unprofessional

Comment : Awesome shop. I got stranded here 6.5 hours from home on a family road trip when the entire instrument cluster lit up like a Christmas tree. I went from pulling into the parking lot with no notice and a million possibilities of what could be wrong to back on the road with a new radiator fan and temp sensor in 4.5 hours, which is about as good as it gets if you ask me. Not only were they efficient in getting me repaired, but I immediately drove the car straight home afterwards and there were no problems, meaning they correctly diagnosed the problem. The woman who worked the front desk (the owner I believe) was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to our situation and not only took care of the car but also gave me and my family a comfortable place to camp out and eat while we waited. The place was noticeably clean and well-run. The prices were fair, especially for someone in my predicament. Just feel incredibly lucky we broke down here :) Highly recommend+
