Comment : High Line Auto Service is a modern mechanic shop that does great work and cares about their customers. I had an urgent repair needed on short notice and they managed to take care of me and get it done. The automated notification and approval of work process is great and makes me feel like I can trust the shop and what they are saying my vehicles need. They also have an after hours vehicle pick up option for those who aren t able to get there during the day. Talk about a great accommodation! One of their mechanics, Ricky, is talented and friendly and always provides great service. Great experience and I recommend this shop to anyone in the Hartford area that needs work on their vehicles. Debbie at front desk is always very welcoming and great at communication. Comment : Highline mechanics n staff worked with me to get my car repaired. My car needed a clutch n fly wheel and a oil filter housing and gasket. Even though it was an 8 hour labor job, they gave me a fair price for everything/ plus gave me a loaner car for the day. My car is running like a new car. No exaggeration. The shifting is very tight and my gas mileage has gone up. I highly recommend Highline for all your auto needs.
