Comment : High Tech Auto. We took my car there because it wouldn't pass the smog. It's very clean and the staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, and in my opinion A-1 customer service for sure. I had to get my catalic converter changed and electrical wiring reset and they did an amazing job. My car runs great and it passed the smog. We would definitely return to HighTech Auto for any services need for our car. One satisfied customers. High Tech Auto Care really takes care of their customers.

Comment : I had to do a breaking light inspection there and it was one thing after another trying to get money out of me. I took the car to my mechanic and got all of the work that they quoted me for at half price. Felix Auto Repair Beaumont for honest Work... even after I brought the car back with all of the repairs they found something else I left got it fixed brought it back and found something else. Eventually, I was so tired of having to come back because they were the only ones that would certify it !!! I decided to pay them the last $800 that they charged me for two switches for my airbags that were only worth 150 bucks by far the biggest rip off ever I figured if I didn't pay them and I would not ever receive the certification

Comment : Do not recommend this place. I was told my muffler was shot on the inside and that I needed a new one. I declined them. High Tech Auto Care wanted almost $400 for a new one. Today I went to a muffler shop and they told me nothing is wrong with the muffler. The hanger bracket had a broken weld. The muffler shop rewelded the bracket into place and I was only charged $65. In my opinion High Tech Auto Care is all about how much money they can get out of you before you finally say you have had enough of the games. DO NOT USE. BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Comment : I would give them 0 since they tell lies, they charge for something you didn't ask for, and you sign a paper that they add to the total bill. DO NOT GO THEY STEAL PEOPLE 👿👎
