Comment : They did an amazing job! I had a gas smell in my car and figured it out and got my car fixed within a couple of days and I was so happy! I also want to thank Blake for explaining in great detail what the problem and the cost was.

Comment : I dealt with this guy named Blake there. Nice enough but overall terrible customer service and he cost this place business. My steering column went out on my Lexus and I called them to see if they could help. I provided the part number and he was certain one of the "gifted" mechanics there would be able to fix my car. He also told me they had a list of vendors that he'd reach out to to get the best deal on the part. None of this ever happened. I called him for 3 days straight, it was always "give me one hour and I'll get back to you," never happened. I think he was just waiting for me to get sick of him... I did pretty quickly. In the end, another mechanic got this $3000 repair. Terrible customer service at this place and they hate money.

Comment : Needs better customer service. Had an appointment @9am just to not get an update until after I asked around 1, just for them to tell me it wouldn't be done for 4 more hours (my car wasn't even in the bay yet). Had me sitting in the shop all day and it smelled horrible like a gas leak outside. On the bright side, the crew is all smiles and friendly; waiting at your service. Blake and Juanita were helpful at answering my questions/ concerns during every visit & phone call. They are the only shop in the area for brake inspections so if you don't want to travel then this place is the best value for your money. Very small business but got the job done and excelled at the results.

Comment : THE CUSTOMER HAS VERY LOW PRIORITY!!!!!!!!!! In simplicity, our car's "check engine" light kept going off and on and we needed to pass a Smog Inspection. The fact that we ended up with a mountain of charges AND having to RENT MULTIPLE CARS after delay, after delay, after delay, there was nothing offered to at least acknowledge the blow!!! Not one apology for the delay or extra charges until we mentioned it!!!!!! While they had our car, we were even told that a part was lost during shipment!! Followed by "have a nice weekend!" Really??? How can we KNOW that the part was really lost??? So after 30 days of waiting, which included 3 FAILED PROMISES of the car being ready, and being told "we're closed on the weekends", which meant more days of RENTING CARS, when asking them for simple consideration of the more than DOUBLE THE INITIAL ESTIMATED COSTS, (our bill went from $650+ to $1600+) and ONE MONTH of rental cars, LOST PARTS, etc, we were greeted with a $150 "discount". When asking to have the contact info of the owner, we were given the same business card and not until I asked for the specific contact info, only then were we given her "extension number". It is amazing that this business has any customers, and as a FORMER REPEAT CUSTOMER, I can say that you have just lost another one.

Comment : High Tech Auto. We took my car there because it wouldn't pass the smog. It's very clean and the staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, and in my opinion A-1 customer service for sure. I had to get my catalic converter changed and electrical wiring reset and they did an amazing job. My car runs great and it passed the smog. We would definitely return to HighTech Auto for any services need for our car. One satisfied customers. High Tech Auto Care really takes care of their customers.

Comment : I had to do a breaking light inspection there and it was one thing after another trying to get money out of me. I took the car to my mechanic and got all of the work that they quoted me for at half price. Felix Auto Repair Beaumont for honest Work... even after I brought the car back with all of the repairs they found something else I left got it fixed brought it back and found something else. Eventually, I was so tired of having to come back because they were the only ones that would certify it !!! I decided to pay them the last $800 that they charged me for two switches for my airbags that were only worth 150 bucks by far the biggest rip off ever I figured if I didn't pay them and I would not ever receive the certification
