Comment : Horrible shop with the worst cutomer service. I would NOT recommend this company or any company they are affiliated with to include "Davis Custom and Painting". If I could give zero stars I would. Spoke with the owner regarding a custom color match paint job for my after market front and rear bumbers for my Jeep. We agreed to a price and i dropped off the parts on October 2nd. First the lady i met at the shop when dropping them off had no idea what she was doing. I was told someone would come out with a "really expensive camera" to scan my vehicle to make sure they got the color correct yet she had no clue what that meant (come to find out she doesn't even work there. It's the owners "girlfriend" and she lives in the shop, had a bed in the office and everything --pretty sketchy). After calling the owner again he had me come over to "Joe Hudsons Collision Center" where he scanned my vehicle and informed me the parts would be completed by the 5th of October. Guess what, they wernt done... then I was told they would be done mid week then by the following weekend then the following week then the following weekend and so on and so fourth. Meanwhile, I reached out via phone and text multiple times and was ignored over and over again until finally he tells me on 10/21 that the bumpers were done and he was going to "let them dry over night" and I could pick them up in the morning. I show up today and the bumpers are not painted and they are just sitting on a table. I called the owner 4x with no response. I knocked on the door at the shop and his "girlfriend" opened the door and said I would need to call the owner to discuss the bumpers because she doesn't actually work here she just lives here and actually works for an insurance company and LIVES at the shop when shes not at her other house in Florida. Then as im loading the unfinished bumpers into my truck I get a message from the owner that says "they are not done and I should just take them somewhere else". I hope no one has to work with this guy or any affiliate company that he works for.
