Comment : I m very happy with the body work Hewitt s did on my car. I was worried about whether the pearlized paint color could be matched, but it matches perfectly. You would never know the car had work done by looking at it. Abby s communication was great and the job was done on time.

Comment : My husband got into an accident and was found not at fault. This was the same month we were due for a new inspection sticker. The man who caused the accident insurance covered the damage. Geico s closest approved auto body shop was Hewitt s, still over an hour away from us. When my husband arrived for his appointment they took his car, popped the hood and started to set him up with a rental. When it came time for the $100 deposit they didn t accept the credit card my husband had. So he grabbed his other debit card out of the car but they refused to take it and told him to reschedule. Both cards had money on it but they seemed to be running behind and couldn t fit us into that day s schedule. So my husband leaves and calls geico to reschedule but they cannot reschedule because they have in the system that we are in a rental from Hewitts. Geico as well as us were pressuring Hewitts to cancel the rental that we never got, so we can reschedule. The next day we get pulled over for an expired inspection sticker, expecting a ticket but it was towed for being unsafe because when the police pop the hood we find out Hewitts took the gas cap! I wouldn t take your vehicle to this auto body shop, no sense of urgency and they tend to screw up allot.My husband got into an accident and was found not at fault. Comment : Update, the Manager came to talk to me personally about the issues I did have and helped get a solution. It's amazing that he took the time to reach out and see me personally and not through a call. Shows how much they care. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone. Thanks everyone.

Comment : Overall it was OK, regardless I am thankful for them fixing my vehicle. But the lack of communication and finding out they broke the latch tabs for a kick plate. And instead of at least letting me know. They never mentioned it. Either way, thankful for the repairs your team has done.
