Comment : Award-winning paint and body work! Recently, my 1954 Chevy Pickup won "Best of Show (Modified Truck)" in the professionally judged Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) competition. There were over 500 cars and trucks in the competition, so this is quite an honor. The judges were impressed by the paint and flawless body work -- all done by Chris and his team at Quality Auto Body. This is my #1 go-to automotive paint and body shop!

Comment : Super high integrity shop - showed up with a weird radiator / engine overheating problem and they took great care of me. Been to 2 other shops locally before with the same issues and had bad experiences. Glad to have found my local mechanic for the next decade :)

Comment : Don Shearer and Hershey Auto have taken excellent care of our family's 4 cars over several years. The cars range in age from 2011 to 2019. Our latest issue involved needing an emergency PA State Inspection for one of our kids living out of state. Don was backed up but worked him in. While that was ongoing, my husband and I had car trouble in New York state. We had the car towed to Hershey Auto, and despite being backed up, he ran diagnostics and solved the problem. Separately, they work hard at Hershey Auto to present your repair options, the time it will take, and the cost of each option. They walk through the pros and cons of each path. Cannot speak highly enough of Don, Robert, and Hershey Auto.

Comment : Now I know why insurance rates are so high, it is because of disreputable companies like this one.

On Thursday our car was ran into, Hershey Auto Center was called for the tow. The driver never informed our daughter that she would have to go down to their facility to release the car to the body shop. We found out this fact on the following day, Friday, from our Insurance Company State Farm. My daughter came to your business that day to release the car. But her car didn’t leave your facility until the next week on Tuesday!
If we were advised on the day of the tow that we would have to come down to sign a release, we would not have had to wait five days for the car to be delivered to the body shop. Was this your way of racking up more money for storage fees?
This is why our insurance is so high in this country, it is because of the disreputable practices of companies like Hershey Auto Center.

Comment : Got into a nasty accident driving to hershey Park. Don at hershey auto arrived in about 10 min to tow my car and stored it for a day. He was very nice and insightful. Even helped me secure the car on a dolly I used to tow my car back to baltimore. Thank you so much for the quick response and help!
