Comment : Some time ago I had brought my car to Hershey Auto to have them service my car. It was my first and last time id ever go there. The shop suggested I change my cabin filter. I gave them the ok. Paid for a new filter plus labor. Not cheap. A few days later I had the car into the dealership for somthing else. They asked while it was there if I'd like to get a free cabin filter inspection.. which I agreed to let them do. The mechanic said my filter should be replaced. I told him that's not possible as I had paid Hershey Auto to put a new one in just a couple of days earlier. When he showed me the filter it became obviously clear the old one was never replaced. I brought my car back to Hershey Auto and had them replace the old filter which I had already paid them to do. They did and tried to give me some lame excuse for not doing it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
