Comment : I hate the way we was treated and the dishonestly of this company. I also hate the attitude that you guys could care less about our business which is funny because over the years we have spent thousands of dollars there and we was just looking to buy a new F550 but if you don’t need our business it’s okay because I just applied for a business account at L&L in Roosevelt is not that far to travel. And I tell everyone about how you guys you tried to screw us and couldn’t take the time to call Larry h Miller and get help with the warranty because you guys couldn’t figure it out and then after all that and loosing our business come to find out all that was needed was to tighten a screw and you guys wanted to charge us $1000.00 for that. And you guys never tried to contact us after making an appointment our truck sat all day without being worked on and you never contacted us. You called an employee that the office knows my husband and me personally but kept trying to call our employee. Your service is the worst.

Comment : I own a company with several employees and if I were the boss in that service department I seriously would fire several people in there. I would never allow my employees to treat my customers like that. That was the worst experience I’ve had there. I will never be back. And I will not recommend anyone to go there!!! And that was not the only time we have been treated poorly. It has happened multiple times. I really try hard to support our community but Again we will not come back nor purchase any trucks from there!!
