Comment : Took my vehicle in because I hit a pot hole and all of my lights came on and it would only start randomly. After they had it for multiple days they told me it was the sway bar and that it had fried due to water damage and tried to bill me 5k for it. When I asked what the reasoning they found for my vehicle flashing all lights and not starting because surely the sway bar wouldn't cause that, they said oh we did the old tried and true method of wiggling some wires back into place that must've came loose.... now my vehicle is doing the exact same thing! They charged me $600 and gave me a $75 off coupon because I mentioned where I worked and that I was to ask about our cost. Other than that I am out $520 for a "diagnostic" and we will be using a different company moving forward.

Comment : I have been taking my vehicles to heritage for many years, and the value and transparency that I used to appreciate, is dwindling. For my most recent visit I had a misfire on cylinder 2 of my 2016 durango w/ a v6. P0302, along with a vvl solenoid code. I would have replaced the ($150 retail) part myself, but I didnt want to guess and just throw money at parts. I got charged the "specialty" diagnostic fee, which only revealed the same codes as my $30 dollar obd II scanner. No parts related to these codes were removed or inspected as part of the "specialty" diagnostics. The initial quote was for $900 that included wrong part that they were having a "hard time finding due to age of vehicle", unnecessary gaskets and incorrect labor not necessary for the repair. It took several days for them to get that sorted out. The part...to remove and replace is .5 hrs labor (from Dodge) and 6 screws and 1 bolt. Heritage no longer puts any of the diagnostic fee towards the repair if you choose to have it done there, and if you have to use a credit card, they now require you to pay 3% fee. All of this took approximately 2 weeks. I get that things in general are more expensive, however, as I said at the beginning, the value, and transparency is seriously in question.

Comment : My name means a lot to me. If I say anything about any company, it is coming from the heart. (Plus, I never give a review on anything), So this is my true story of what Heritage did for my family.
The engine on my daughter's care seized up, pretty much the scarp yard for that car. Heritage gave me the bad news and although they could fix it the price would not be worth the money. (honest company). I wrote that car off as scrap metal at that point. Then Kevin called me and explained everything which I understood and thank him. Kevin did not stop at that point he made some phone calls and told me that because of a recall he thought the company would be responsible for a new engine. WHO goes to that length of service for a customer anymore????
Long story short I am getting my daughter a brand-new engine from the factory BECAUSE of Heritage auto. I cannot say enough great things about them, and I will put my name behind them!!!

Comment : The work was done on time. Any additional work was cleared in advance. At the end everything was clearly explained. I deferred some work and they were very helpful in some DIY suggestions.

Comment : Excellent service, superior communication, I was kept informed every step of the way. I was sent photos of what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. I was kept updated on status of parts and when they were gonna come in and time and cost of repairs and completion.
Highly recommend taking your vehicles to this location. We will only use Heritage Auto for our vehicles from now on.

Comment : My engine was making an awful noise which turned out to be the water pump which is not trival to get to. The price for the part was fair and the labor was the majority of the cost due to complexity. Very quiet now. Transmission also serviced and shifts much cleaner now. I also did a fuel system service and spark plug replacement. My Ford Fusion, with 150k miles, actually does have more power and gets better gas milage as a result. There used to be a lag in delivered power when accelerating but that is now gone. It was expensive but this is the first real service done to improve performance. I am very satisfied.
