Comment : This dealer was recommended to me by my mom that purchased a Ford fusion and a Ford ranger from you guys in the past. I've purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 and a 2017 Ford explorer and the services okay but when it comes to getting recall notices in the mail and having the service performed. I would rate the zero Stars I have a IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL notice from 2024 and I've been calling since, that what they told me to do. Just call each month. Because they've been telling me it's on a backorder and barely last month they told me I have to bring my car in for inspection for me to get put on a waiting list for them to order the parts for my vehicle. Two years of calling/waiting and now I'm at the bottom of the list wow lack of information from the service department by far. I will no longer be doing business with Hamburg Ford for my future purchases nor be recommended my family and friends to this dealer anymore.

Comment : I had an excellent experience purchasing a new truck through Hemborg Ford. Rami was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. He was very quick to respond to my messages and answer any questions I had. The entire team at Hemborg worked to make my time at the dealership as efficient as possible, definitely one of the quickest dealerships I've worked with when it comes to the paperwork. If you're looking for a Ford I highly recommend working with Rami and the team at Hemborg Ford.

Comment : I bought my husband's diesel truck in for an oil change. I had shopped around prior to taking my vehicle in for the oil change. They had the best price out of 3 different dealerships. The one closest to me was the most expensive. I live in Lake Elsinore and drove to Norco for the service. My advisor was friendly and very communicative. I am definitely going back again.

Comment : I had a recent recall on my 2025 Ranger Raptor which was specifically for trailer lights if you are pulling a trailer. Not a big deal. After setting my appointment a Hemborg Ford mechanic came out to my property to update the software and was very pleased in how quickly he performed this update. Hemborg Ford has gone out of their way to minimize any delay. From the time I bought my truck every detail was and has been effortless. Very professional in every aspect. Hemborg Ford in my opinion is the best. They have earned a loyal customer.
