Comment : Ugh. You know the feeling, when your brakes start grinding, louder and worse than usual?? It happened to me yesterday, after work. So its 5pm my regular mechanics are closed, my son tells me about heisley tire... I call, spoke with Dan, he was great, told me to drop it off in the morning and pick it up on Saturday! So they're open late AND on Saturday!! Hopefully its something easy to fix and they dont find any other issues! Ill keep you updated!!

Comment : One time they forgot a bolt in my brakes. I note while driving back home.
An other time the guy at front desk and a mechanic were arguing, then treat me like I was there asking for a favor. Decide to never come back even if they are five min away. I would give them -5 Stars if possible.

Comment : On February 27, 2026, my partner brought my 2011 Honda Odyssey here for a tire balance. I had purchased this vehicle just two months prior and this was the first shop to service it since I bought it. Afterward, we discovered multiple wheel studs and lug nuts had been stripped as a result of the service. One stud was so badly damaged the threading failed completely, leaving my car with a missing lug nut. I suspect this was caused by the use of an impact wrench without first hand-tightening the lug nuts. Regardless, a tire and brake shop has a professional responsibility to inspect and notify a customer of any safety concerns before returning their vehicle. They did neither. I contacted them with photographic documentation and received no response.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Absolutely excellent service! I had a rear lower control arm break on my Nissan Altima on a Friday night. I needed my car repaired before Monday because I have to work. I called in the morning on the following Saturday and spoke with Dan. I explained to him that I am mechanically inclined, I?ve done a proper inspection of the issue, and I need a proper mechanic to do the job because I don?t have the capability to compress the coil springs. He gave me an exact price over the phone and even asked additional questions to ensure that we didn?t need to replace the other side at this time as well, so we could come up with an accurate figure. Originally the shop quoted me a turnaround time of Monday afternoon and a price of $670 to do the repair. Everything that they said they could offer was within my constraints and met all of my expectations. When the phone rang 3 hours after dropping my car off, I honestly thought that the technician was calling to tell me that I needed to be charged more for extra repairs. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my car was complete and ready for pick up way earlier than expected. This is the absolute best mechanic shop experience that I?ve ever had, and I usually do not like going to a mechanic shop because I prefer to do all of my own repairs. Between customer service, exceeding expectations, and delivering a high quality repair that looks like it will last a long time, I cannot recommend somewhere more than this shop! All of this, on a Saturday! I am extremely impressed.
