Comment : Heisley Tire and Brake inc is the place to be if you need service on your vehicle, they treat you like family and they go above and beyond to get you back on the road, very reasonably priced, they also have quality tires at an affordable price.

Comment : On 5-8-25 it took them 8hrs to do an oil change, where they failed to rotate my tires as asked. Then wanted to scam me. They stated I needed immediate work done on my brakes and front end. Most of the pricing on this wasn’t terrible. However, they want to charge $220 for lug nuts that cost $20 at any auto parts store.

Comment : Horrible experience. Lied and took advantage of my 16 year old son. Drove his car there to have 4 tires switched with tires he brought with him. He was treated harshly, rudely and over charged. The worse part was we had to have car towed home because they claim the brakes went out when they moved the car and they could not fix.

Comment : They are the best!! Had a high-security wheel lock set that the key was broken. All four wheels could not be removed. If I had a flat, I was f@cked. Reason was that a tire installer put them on far too tightly and the key broke when I tried to take it off. They were able to get off all four of them. It was a multi-stepped process using welding, torches, and nut extractors. They did it well when I was sure I was in deep crap. They did not damage the rim or studs. I was shocked. I am so thankful.
