Comment : Ging zur kostenlosen Inspektion. Zwei Stunden sp?ter wurde mir gesagt, ich br?uchte eine Kennzeichenbirne zum Preis von 52,00 $. Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter/Techniker rief, es sei erledigt, als er an mir vorbeifuhr, und war schlecht in der Kommunikation.

Comment : My Service Adviser, Leon, is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. However, the lack of commitment to performance by the technician assigned to service my vehicle is extremely lacking. The last time I had my vehicle serviced, oil, tire rotation was performed even worse than this time. Unfortunately I see a trend.

Comment : Under 30 days my Buick Envision died nobody will get me in touch with a manager had to tow my vehicle to Mike Smith Buick to get it fixed sold me a lemon the only bright point is Javon Ford was such a great salesperson love doing business with him unfortunately not so much with the management that doesn't even want to talk to ME

Comment : So I went in to test drive a car the other day. The salesman was ok. After the test drive, I asked when they were open on Monday and Tuesday. I advised him I had somewhere to go and asked for the CarFax report.

He asked me to sit at his desk. He asked me about credit, which is upper 750 (I checked before and asked again for the report.

He left and came back with a printout of numbers to buy the car. I was pissed. I asked for easy information, and he failed. Then, some head managers come over to try to smooth things over. I just ignored him, like they ignored my request.

It's a shame cause I probably would have come back on Monday or Tuesday, but now I'll probably never come back.
