Comment : I was completely unaware that they had $130 diagnistic fee (the hourly rate as I was informed). Which didn't give me the information I needed regarding a major find with my vehicle... This would have been an additional diagnostic fee.This information was not given to me on the phone as I was driving my car to the location to drop off my car. Nor was it given to me when I called a second time asking them to look into a second concern that I had.On a positive note they had a wonderful assortment of snacks. Which were perfect because I hadn't eaten all day.(There are always some positives!!)I was completely unaware that they had $130 diagnistic fee (the hourly rate as I was informed).
