Comment : I wouldn’t recommend this place for getting a car or repairs but that’s just me. I would like to put this out there so people are cautious and think about going here. I would hate for anyone especially young, getting their first car on a budget to go through a similar experience. l got a car with over 88,000 miles at Healey’s in 2022 for a little over $13000. I am honestly still butt hurting in 2025 in debt around $30,000 from this experience, and I hope to prevent that for someone else if I can. Supposedly “all new parts were put in the car, so it should be running like new.” Day after I brought it home the engine light was on. Not only that but A.C wasn’t working which wasn’t as big of a deal, but still shady it wasn’t disclosed to me. I wasn’t as concerned then, because I had the 6 month warranty, (didn’t cover A.C) and I thought it was just a hiccup that could easily be fixed, free of charge. Little did I know this would be an every week occurrence, even after the warrantee ended. There was constantly lights on, and problems with the car breaking down leaving me stranded. They had 6 months to fix this problem for me and each time I came in it was always another problem, another part needing to be ordered leaving my car out of commission having to find rides to work. After the warrantee and already paying out of pocket for fixes, I ended up having to get my first credit card at Meineke putting $2,000 on it to hopefully fix the car for good. Even after that I still had car trouble. I finally decided enough was enough and got a newer car, at a different dealership. I traded in the car from Healey’s and was only able to get $5,000 back on it. This experience has left me as a young adult, in more debt than I would have thought at this age which has definitely taken a toll on me. I will say, I am very happy with my current car I got at Rochester Toyota. I have had not one issue in the year of having this car and for that I am thankful.
