Comment : I called the day before and explained that I had some early appointments the next day 8/2/25. They said how about 7:45am, I said wonderful! I got there 10 min early, they didn't get there until 7:55, then had to move out some cars to make way for me. Another customer showed up, but the manager explained I was first and he'd be after me. The tec. Finally showed up and they took the walk up instead of me? I went up and said what the heck? I said I made an appointment and was here first! He just looked at the tec. Who shrugged his shoulders. I said I didn't need to be disrespected as I had other cars to be tested soon and would not bring those cars to them. I received my paperwork back and now 1 hour later had to find another smog testing station. I explained I would write a review, and it's like they didn't even have a problem with screwing my appointment or setting me behind for the morning. Horrible service, Don't make a prior appointment as they have no honor to be respectful of you or your time.

Comment : Dropped my car off for an oil change at 8 AM on a Saturday. There was a long line of people to get smog checks. When I got to the front, the tech said he could make time for an oil change as long as I drop it off. I live across the street so it wasn't a big deal for me. I walked home and basically by the time I got home and had a cup of coffee, they called me to tell me it was ready. Excellent service! Take your car here for basic needs. I'm sure their other/more involved repairs are good too!

Comment : Great place if you're in need of a smog check. I haven't had any repairs done there but I recommend this spot for their smog check services. They have always gotten me in and out of there pretty quickly.

Comment : Walked in for a tune-up, I told the mechanic I had the parts. The mechanic responded " I don't use customer parts, I gotta make money, we're here for profit". "We're here for profit"... I understand a business needs to make profit, I wasn't expecting you to install them for free. Horrible customer service! Went to A-1 Auto Care. No problem there and good customer service. Happy to spend my hard earned money here.

Comment : Tim and his crew have taken care of our cars for years. Once you explain the issue and your budget he will take the time to explain honestly your options in language in laymen's terms. I've observed over the years the many returning customers; from an elderly lady doing her regular oil change to those looking to holding on to maintain their older vehicle to save money.

Comment : 10/10 experience. Reasonable pricing, honest and friendly people, and quick service. I've taken my car to several different places to have the same issue fixed, and these guys actually fixed it so I don't have to worry about it anymore, which is SUCH a relief. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Comment : I take my car whenever there's an issue, they are so good about communication and getting started on it right away and getting it back to me as quickly as possible. The price are reasonable, and their very knowledgeable about what is going on with the car and what is wrong with it.
