Comment : Not sure if this will work but since you asked for feedback I think I should say something. I came in with a concern of some creaking noise of my car when I tap or release the brake paddle, it is a brand new car which I just picked up like 2 weeks ago. I don’t know much about the cars so I’m not sure if the noise I heard is normal. I scheduled an appointment but I was late due to a meeting, but the lovely girl Jamie(I hope I spell it correctly)called me to double check and still let me in, I really appreciate that. The technician took a long time to check the car and ask me to show him where the noise came from, back to the office I heard they are talking something like half an hour or something, so I guess they charged for half an hour labor? At last they asked me to pay $70ish for the inspection…I went to other mechnical shops including mom n pop shop, Jack Williams, etc, they checked the car for free. I also asked my friend who knows about car, he also said that is way too expensive, and the inspection items listed on the paperwork don’t make sense for the noise checking. Maybe there is nothing need to be fixed cus it’s a brand new car, so they just took a bit more time to inspected it and charged more for labor. I was recommended by a friend to do the service here and I had very good experiences before. But this time I was really disappointed. I’m a female, I’m a foreigner, I’m alone, I didn’t argue that day cus I have some stuff to do, but I really hope I can get honest service. I don’t mean to ask service for free, I pay what I’m supposed to pay, but 70ish for inspecting noise on a brand new car is ridiculous. Hope this feedback can do something.

Comment : We have been taking our vehicles to Austin’s for many years. As always, the work was completed to standard, in a timely fashion, and the prices were excellent. The staff is very professional and communicates any issues they come across. Most importantly, they will give you a heads up for likely future work, so that you can plan and budget accordingly.
