Comment : We absolutely love this service department at Hatfield. They are friendly, professional and very efficient. We dropped off my car at 2:00 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. We went to lunch while the work was performed. They found a couple of other minor things that should be done, which we agreed to. The car was finished and ready to go before 5:00 PM. If your car needs service, go to Hatfield!

Comment : I dropped my car off at 9 am on Monday to fix an issue with my car, 2022 GMC Acadia with 37k miles. I did not hear from Hatfield regarding my car on Monday and finally at 315 pm on Tuesday I had to call them to get an update. The issue I brought it in for was not fixed. They could not find the problem as there were no error codes. I did take a video of what the vehicle was doing but they said they didn't need to see it as they said they've seen this issue a lot. So now I need to drive my car around until the issue happens again and then bring it in to be fixed. I bought the car from Hatfield and I would NEVER buy another vehicle from them. I also bought the extended warranty with Ally which is not great warranty coverage. I wouldn't buy it again. They did manage to fix a recall problem and when I was on the phone with Hatfield they said the car was being finished up. I went to pick up my car 45 minutes later and now I am in their waiting room waiting for my car to be finished. I'm so frustrated. And nervous about breaking down in my car waiting for the issue to present itself again before getting fixed. I work nights and drive home at 2am.
