Comment : Service was great, but my appointment was for inspection, tire rotation & oil change was at 11:00 am & nearly 4 hours later all this was finished. In all fairness, one tire lug nut was broken & needed to be fixed which took a little over an hour. The work was fine, but the time it took was more than I had expected & I had no one to pick me up at the time.

Comment : I was told at havey's that I had 3400 worth of front end work needed. After saying I want a second opinion and threaten that my truck must be towed away for safety cause I refused service. I go to big Al's and price was 3 times cheaper and what havey's claim the problem was wasn't. Needless to say I won't be going back to havey's. You people better stop listening to what anybody say. They was about to try and have me pay 3400 when my issue was only 856.00 worth of worth. STAY WOKE!!! THANK YOU

Comment : I called Harvey's to see if they took Car SHIELD, the man who answer was very nice , guide me through how it works, explain every little detail of how it works, test drive my truck, help me call and make all the arrangements, then I was supposed to there early so we could get it all done cause CAR SHIELD has a very long wait abt 4 or more hours after he completed the work, but even then he stayed almost to the end to make sure I was ok. Althought today was Mr Sydney s Birthday( HAPPY BIRTHDAY) he still stayed as long as he could to help, I don't know the lady's name or the mechanic but they all made sue I got everything right and the truck was running fine, Thank You All..This is a great place of Business..

Comment : Came here for a diagnosis that I needed because of an A/C issue. Had it come back that the two parts I needed was a new Blower Motor and a new Fresh Air Control Module. I was quoted $600 for the part that I found online for $200. As well as $200 for the blower motor that I purchased for $45. Then had me at a grand total of $1400. I took my vehicle to another shop after installing the new module myself and had the blower motor installed for $75. I recommend not going here. The older guy that works in the office kept saying that since I had a Euro that they needed to pay premium prices for parts and install. I drive a 2019 VW Jetta, this place does not have their customers best interest when getting repairs and would rather run up the bill on them for profit. Be careful going here for repairs for ANY car. Forgot to mention that they told me not to buy the parts myself because they could be faulty and that their warranty would be the best option.
