Comment : Just purchased a car for my 80 yr. old Mom and couldn't be happier! My husband searched for months and found this beautiful pre-owned Trailblazer with 7K miles, great price. Sales person, Kendyll, was professional and kind, Sales Manager, Randy Klatt, made very special accommodations for a test drive. At that time, we noted the car was beautifully detailed and spotless. Finance Manager, Nicole Wellington, was honest, thorough and patient, and afterwards as we prepared to drive that new ride home, we learned the car had been detailed a second time? Wow! We loved their service, special care for customers of all ages, small town kindness and consideration and the one-stop shopping experience. We highly recommend making the scenic trip to Medina, they are all great people to work with!

Kipp, my salesperson, truly stood out?he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered my questions thoughtfully, and never once made me feel pressured with a sales pitch.
That level of professionalism and respect made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to his help, I found a car that I absolutely love, and I?m genuinely excited to pick it up.

Comment : Finally found vehicle i was looking for at Hartway. Kip pointed me to the vehicle i bought after test driving 2 trucks. He worked with me through entire process until i drove it home. Definitely would recommend Hartway. Good People!
