Comment : I came in for an oil change and they found out that my brakes are not in very good shape in fact we're about to go bad. They were just doing a yearly check up as well

Comment : Hart motors came recommend from a friend of mine who is also a mechanic who works for the city! Hart made me feel their trustworthiness and because of their many years of experience. My car is running pretty good because of the Great mechanic. Recently, I spoke to Ara and gave him a compliment saying I have referred his shop whenever I can and his response was: that I was being a “hypocrite” since I’ve stopped going there! What?? I stopped going there because the down time is too long!! Who can wait weeks without a car and NO loaner car! I go to places that care about the needs of their paying customers!! Comment : Change synthetic oil for Lexus RX 350. Trusted owner/mechanic for over 20 years. However, he misunderstood my written instruction for oil change instead of AAA inspection only. Also, he did not give me a heads up that the synthetic oil change is now $98 after discount which is $28 more than my previous service bill.
