Comment : Same day service! Car was broken into by shattering the passenger side window over night. Repair completed by 5pm that day. Empathetic, courteous , professional, thorough. Lucked out finding these great folks.

Comment : yeah the customer service sucks. was a few days ago but the woman that answered the phone needs to find a different profession if shes gonna talk to people like shes gotta problem 24/7. didnt catch her name i can assume who it was bc im not the first person to deal with it with this place after some asking around. i asked a simple question and right off the bat she was extremely rude and sounded like i was just bothering her, dont work in customer service if you can?t provide someone the PROFESSIONAL helpful service. i deserved the same respect i was giving. get it together honestly its embarrassing not being able to respond in a professional manner. in the future your not gonna run into someone as nice as i was :) .

Comment : I had an excellent experience with Harr?s Auto Glass and couldn?t recommend them more. They replaced and recalibrated the windshield on my 2024 Toyota 4Runner, and the work was flawless from start to finish.

The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They handled everything smoothly with Progressive Insurance, which made the entire process stress-free. On top of that, they went above and beyond by offering me a ride when I needed to leave my vehicle, something you don?t see often and really appreciate.

Outstanding workmanship, great customer service, and thoughtful touches that make a big difference. I?ll definitely be recommending Harr?s Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass work done.
