Comment : I had an excellent experience with Harr?s Auto Glass and couldn?t recommend them more. They replaced and recalibrated the windshield on my 2024 Toyota 4Runner, and the work was flawless from start to finish.

The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They handled everything smoothly with Progressive Insurance, which made the entire process stress-free. On top of that, they went above and beyond by offering me a ride when I needed to leave my vehicle, something you don?t see often and really appreciate.

Outstanding workmanship, great customer service, and thoughtful touches that make a big difference. I?ll definitely be recommending Harr?s Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass work done.

Comment : I had my windshield replaced in April 2025. I thought at the time they did a good job. I noticed on Dec 9th I had a stress fracture in my windshield from the install . I looked my windshield over at that time and there were no signs of a rock hitting my shield. I had takin a photo at that time. The fracture was only about 6” long. I called harrs and they wanted a time when I was showing up so someone would be there. I show up and the worker told me to wait in the waiting area and he would out. I waited a few minutes then he comes in from the outside of the building to get me. He leads me to my car. I was getting ready to show him where the fracture was but when I looked down there was a very noticeable divot in my windshield and the fracture went completely across the bottom that was not there before. I was completely in shocked and knew at that moment it was my word against his. I had a photo of the fracture but not of the whole windshield.I had even looked at my windshield before driving over and the fracture did not grow any longer then it was on the 9th. I know he had taken a tool and put a divot (round) in my windshield creating more damage to the windshield . There was even glass debris in the hole and no signs of a rock hitting because there was no burst of powder around it. Plus the divot he put there sits very low and not higher up where most rocks hit. It’s pretty obvious that they did not want to take responsibility for their workmanship. It’s a pretty disgusting way to run a business very shady and slimy. Todd offered me a percentage off on a new windshield, but why would I go back even if they offer a free windshield at this point. And no, I didn’t stand there arguing with them that they did the damage because like I said, it’s my word against theirs. They should be ashamed for running a business this way.
