Comment : What a Rip Off. That is the first thing that needs to be addressed. The second thing that will be addressed is what a scam Harris Garage is. I brought my 2008 Ford Focus in to get the needed repairs. They left me a $19,000 total for the work. However, “the work” that needed to be done was all the tiny scraps they could gather to add to the total. At first this wasn’t bad. But a light went off about a week later. The next visit I realized this is a scam.
I then decided to go back to Harris Garage. They charged me $130 for a diagnostic test I could get free elsewhere. I immediately told them I want the car back and for them to do nothing on it. If you want a better Auto Shop to fix your car, go ANYWHERE but Harris Garage please. You won’t regret your decision. Especially when it will save you money
