Comment : I value these folks very highly. Organized, professional, thorough, and honest. No padding of bills, no ???sell??? on unnecessary services, unlike two shops up the hill from them. Let???s all hope they are able to stay staffed!

Comment : Terrible service here. I brought my car in for a diagnosis because my car was having issues, check engine light coming on and off, jerking when driving and was making a grinding noise. I told them the concerns, I had and asked them to make a list of the issues. They took my car in and did a diagnosis and told me they couldn???t find anything wrong or tell me anything because they were no codes to read. I Went outside to my car and recording of the sound that I was hearing. Charged me $70 for nothing. To try and solve my own problems I took an educated guess and determined that the spark plugs needed to be changed. When I asked to set up an appointment they didnt want to because they couldn???t find an issue and said they needed a quote first. Waited for them to send me a quote, never heard back called them back called them back and their service manager informed me that they had no intention of working on my car. Thanks for Wasting my time waiting for an answer. I would choose to go anywhere else and suggest that everyone avoid this shop.Terrible service here. Comment : I had a flat tire and was driving on my spare. I needed a new tire quickly! Harmon's in Ellsworth had the tire in stock and was able change the tire out in the same afternoon. My thanks to all the service crew, you had me back on the road in no time at all.
