Comment : I was treated with honesty and respect at this place. I had a misfire last month and turns out it was only grime and debris in the cylinder. The guys cleaned it out and kept it a bit to make sure it ran right. They could have said it was something else and charged me a mint, but they didn't. Thank you.

Comment : Highly recommend you realize what the diagnosis cost will be before you use them, for example they charge 160.0 an hour to diagnose then you?ll need to pay again for the install and parts. I wanted an oil, filter and fuel filter change. My wife mentioned a small oil leak and dash board light issue. I declined the dash bc it was over 600.00 and the oil leak was over 2k. So together with oil change and 2 diagnosis (that I declined) was over 600.00. So know what you are getting into before you move forward. End the in it was my fault but now I know

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
