Comment : I was interested in test driving the 2025 Hyundai Kona N Line so I drove the extra miles from Ontario to do so. Upon arrival I was not hassled by dealership staff and had the breathing room to walk the lot. One of the staff members treated me as if I was a friend talking shop about cars. I appreciated this as we test drove the Kona, Sonata, and went over the gray Elentra N Line sitting out front of the dealership. At no point during my visit did I feel burdened or in a hurry to leave as I spent about an hour talking with the representative. All staff were friendly and polite. I'd recommend others spending their time and potential business here at this dealership.

Comment : Just overall disappointed. Promised an uber ride for car pick up, didn't happen, no punctuality , no call back that my car maintenance will be delayed, no follow up on requested service report.

Got in at around 10 Am to check in my car for a maintenance, I was promised to be done by 2 pm, didn't get my car until 7pm. I kept on calling but kept getting dropped to voicemail or worst , a customer representative will pick up, ask for the person who helped me then ended up being dropped. This happened 6 times. I was promised an Uber ride but since no one is answering, that was out of the table.
I had to ask my brother to drop me off the dealership. the representative didn't bother apologizing or anything. Got to my car and realize that they didn't leave a service report or anything. Called in the next day, same rep, promised to email me the report. Its been 2 weeks since that interaction. still nothing.

Out of all my car buying experiences the last 35 years, this one was the best.
