Comment : Honestly this is probably the best car lot I have ever been to. My first vehicle I had unfortunately for 3 months & then got totaled from sumone hitting it. They worked with me on getting me into a 2nd vehicle. Any time I had any questions or problems with a vehicle they looked at it. They really felt like a family as much as I was dealing with them lol. Comment : We purchased a 2011 CR-V today from the Harbor Creek Auto Gallery and it was a wonderful experience. They were responsive, courteous, and were willing to entertain an offer. The car was clean inside and out and the dealer made us feel very comfortable to ask any questions. Comment : Krysta really want out of her way for me to get me into a new vehicle when I desperately and unexpectedly lost my Kia. She went out of her way to find a vehicle that I could get approved for. I went in trying to get the cheapest vehicle and came out with a very good deal on a brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra. I highly recommend her. Good honest company.

Comment : First off the the car sale went smooth as can be couldn't believe I told them what I could afford and what I was looking at and boom started talking to banks while I was still at work. Bought the vehicle with no hassles at all great service. Then a small hiccup with the new car showed up asked about the warranty they said let them look first. I did and WOW there service department is just as good and friendly as their sales dept. Had the small issue fixed in no time and saved me from dealing with the warranty can't thank them enough.
