Comment : Everyone at Harbor Hyundai are extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough. I've taken my car to get serviced here many times and each time, I experience excellent customer service and communication. Jake always explains everything well and there are never any surprises about work being done to my car. My car is always well taken care of here!

Comment : Just had the 150,000 mile service on my Elantra and I remarked to my Service Professional Scott Jones that my Elantra is still running like new, thanks to the great service provided by Harbor Hyundai. Scott Jones and the entire Service Team are awesome! They are the best and I won't take my Elantra anywhere else for service.

Comment : I worked with Ken Bundy (Internet Manager) for 2 months. He was not pushy at all. I honestly had one of the best car buying experiences in my life. I ran into a little hiccup when I went to sell my car at Car Max so I could buy my new Hyundai Hybrid Ionic Plug In. They help me with that hiccup.. They have very competitive pricing but do your homework before you shop. I sold cars for 5 years and I'm a Commercial Truck Salesman. I know a shady dealer when I see one. This is not one of those places at all, they have great reviews and really try to help the customer. NO GAMES AT ALL! The sales team have knowledge and Ken has been there 15 plus years.

Comment : This is why I hate car sales. So happy I have pre-ordered my Mustang Mach-E online so I don't have to deal with the shenanigans from my story below.

Working with the sales teams was a joke. Told the internet manger that we were driving 1.5 hours to look at a specific car. He said it was available. Got a call an hour later right before we left and he said, "Someone is looking at it but they are having issues with their paperwork so if you came down, it may still be yours. If it works out with their paperwork, we'll give you a discount on a different color," knowing very well the car was already sold.

I thought, 'yeah let's trust the sales guy for once,' so we came down anyways and surprise, the color combo we wanted was sold. It even had a baby seat in the back seat already. Avoid car dealerships. Order a Tesla, Ford MME or the new VW ID4 online so you don't have to deal with snakes like these.
