Comment : I m from out of town and reached out to these guys since I ve had some unpleasant experiences with other shops around my area. The gentleman on the phone, I m assuming the owner, was very informative about the concerns I brought up to him and even gave me some practical advice. He had me scheduled for an appointment even though he informed me that it wouldn t be worth it for me (I insisted). Upon arriving at the shop, I had my car inspected for a professional opinion on what I should do about the minor damages on my car. They understood my concerns and informed me on what I could do in my own garage. This could ve been an easy cash grab for them, but they instead shared some of their knowledge with me so that I wouldn t have to empty out my wallet for their auto body services. Comment : I have had the pleasure of doing business with Hans Auto Center on two separate occasions. After meeting with the owner for an estimate I immediately felt at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable about my particular car, very clear about possible issues that could arise as a result of an accident, offered suggestions regarding needed repairs, helped us save money on parts, and was very thorough in his inspection and in explaining what the work entail. The office was excellent at communicating the progress with the repairs through emails and pictures. Most importantly, the end result was above perfect and beyond my expectations. When I picked up my car it looked as though I was picking up a brand-new car. Their work was impeccable. It was also nice to drive a clean and shiny car. Hans Auto understands superb customer service. Other businesses should rise to their level of superior work and service. I was worried that they would only take appointments only for initial consultation, but they were very flexible with scheduling me and was able to get my car fixed within 3 days of dropping it off after hitting a deer. Consultation is free and they explained everything so thoroughly from what damages were made, what they would order, then fix. They sent pictures before and after the state of the car and honestly, it looks better than before the accident??? they even cleaned up my car a little bit which was a bonus. Comment : Han's Auto Center repaired our 2018 Honda Accord that had been in a fender bender and needed a front bumper cover replacement and fender repair.
