Comment : I went to Haney’s for an alignment and told the manager up front that I had three used tires and new tie rods. After the alignment, my car was still not driving properly. I had to come back three times in three days, and each time I was given the runaround instead of a real solution. On the third visit, after a test drive, I was told I needed two new front tires and another alignment.

If that was the case, why wasn’t I told that in the beginning before they took my money? A professional shop should be upfront and communicate clearly. Instead, I was left frustrated, wasted time, and got no resolution.

This shop cares more about money than customer service. I asked for a refund and was denied. I’m not from here, but one thing’s clear—this is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend Haney’s to anyone.
My car is driving extremely to the right where it could go towards the ditch and I have four children that drive in my vehicle. They have no care for human life.

Comment : Absolutely not pleased and very unprofessional. Spent $150 on something that was supposed to be an “easy and quick fix”, days after I’m still experiencing the problem. Had to bring my car back and after three hours of waiting and having to pay them again, the problem proceeds. Worst time management I’ve ever seen, two times in a row they told me to come by at a certain time just for me to have to wait an additional hour or more before they can start the work. Communication skills are poor, the workman shop is poor, the time management is poor. I’m convinced all these other reviews are by people they know or people who got a routine job done that they’d have to really try their hardest to mess up. Will NOT be coming back.

Comment : Asked for a quote but was rudely let known i live 2 hrs away. Maybe but my family who i visit are close by and my job sends me to this town. No call back after speaking with 2 people. This place sucks and ill be sure to let everyone i know this place doesnt want their business. Do better. Glad i went to a business that wants my money not tell me my address is too far.

Comment : Everytime we brought our cars to them, they come out worse than how they went in. One time it could be true, 2nd time we just had the work done with no problems so it seems to be them!! Finding another mechanic hopefully an HONEST ONE this time!!
