Comment : We took my wife?s van on last February for a wheel alignment, a month later the front driver tire is all worn out and the car has lost its alignment. So had to buy a new tire, pay for alignment again in another place and take time of work to do it This is not a trip car is a car to take to kids to school and go grocery shopping. This was the second issue I?ve had with them. As previously they had installed a wrong oil filter in another car we used to have that destroyed the oil pressure sensor. I?m done with them, and you should also save your time and money.

Comment : Haneys is the only place I trust for my car.. I always have my oil changes and inspections done there.. Just before Christmas I had a censor replaced and on the way home I was having trouble handling the gears.. I called Haneys and someone came right over to my home, Someone drove the car to the shop where everything checked out fine. They even rode it on 74 to make sure it was ok. I received a phone call letting me know everything was fine and the car was in my parking lot.. They didnt even charge me for the call. Its a wonderful feeling knowing they are honest and they really do care .

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I took my truck there just for a oil change recently 5 mins down the road my motor locked up I had no problems with my vehicle till I got there a lot of people in laurinburg have had complaints about them

Comment : I have been bringing multiple vehicles to Haney?s and will no long bring anything to them if they can?t own up to there mistakes it?s no business I want to use.. please inspect your vehicle before and after for any damage that may have occurred while your car was getting serviced. The only advice I can give you if you choose to use Haneys. They damaged a rim doing a tire repair and wouldn?t own up to it. Lack of respect and professionalism!

Comment : Haney;s again came to my rescue. My battery died and they were at my home in minutes. gave it a jump, didn't charge me and off I went. Well during this storm it died again so I knew I needed a new battery. Again they were at my home in minutes. I followed them back to the shop and had a new battery in less than 15 minutes. customer service is a+

Comment : Gave me an appointment for 7, suppose to have been the earliest. Employees didn't show up till 7:15 and doors still weren't open. Literally didn't take my keys till 7:40. Then had the nerve to say we will call you when we're done after being asked how long is this service going to take. Now I'm pushed for time for another appointment.

Comment : I brought in a 2017 Ford F150 for 4 new tire mount, balance, and wheel alignment. The service staff were very attentive to the work I requested to have performed. In addition, the time it took to perform the work was very reasonable and was of high quality. Haney's definitely secured my tire and alignment needs in the future! Thanks again!

Comment : I always bring my car to Haneys for oil changes , and fluids. They are wonderful people. They don't overcharge, staff is friendly , and helpful.. I had a problem with the car and they came to my home to look at it. then took the car back to the shop.
