Comment : I always bring my car to Haneys for oil changes , and fluids. They are wonderful people. They don't overcharge, staff is friendly , and helpful.. I had a problem with the car and they came to my home to look at it. then took the car back to the shop.

Comment : We had an emergency stop in Laurinburg due to a major oil leak. Although they were busy, the team at Haney's made time to help me out and look at the problem. Once they figured it out, they resolved my issue with courtesy and professionalism. A special recognition to Wade Wallace for his kindness in our time of need. I would highly recommend this company!

Comment : Had a blowout on the Interstate and the AAA people recommended this place to replace the tire since my spare wouldn't make the trip to my destination. They were quick to provide options, help with specific problems and solved a shimmy I'd had fir a month by suggesting rebranding the wheels as well as the tire rotation i requested. A fair price and they had me on my way in about two hours. Professional, competent and helpful.

Comment : I went to Haney’s for an alignment and told the manager up front that I had three used tires and new tie rods. After the alignment, my car was still not driving properly. I had to come back three times in three days, and each time I was given the runaround instead of a real solution. On the third visit, after a test drive, I was told I needed two new front tires and another alignment.

If that was the case, why wasn’t I told that in the beginning before they took my money? A professional shop should be upfront and communicate clearly. Instead, I was left frustrated, wasted time, and got no resolution.

This shop cares more about money than customer service. I asked for a refund and was denied. I’m not from here, but one thing’s clear—this is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend Haney’s to anyone.
My car is driving extremely to the right where it could go towards the ditch and I have four children that drive in my vehicle. They have no care for human life.
