Comment : I came in for a broken sway bar bracket. The part was out of stock so I had to order one. I was given a quote for two brackets with the attendant stating, "we recommend changing both." Clearly my car's history was not looked at as I just recently replaced one earlier this year, and it was never recommended to replace both the first time. Also, I got a quote for new tires. I wasn't there for new tires as I get my tire needs elsewhere.
