Comment : I came in because my tire was acting weird and I also wanted a vehicle check since I m going on a big road trip in a few weeks and Bri was so helpful and amazing. She did everything she could to get me what I needed and kept me well within my budget. Comment : Brought my car in for a fully synthetic oil change and asked them to rotate and check my tires.They were swift to check my rotors and brake pads and told me they needed to be changed soon so I said sure, why not, do it. $1700 later, as I am leaving out the same technician mentions to me that I will need new tires soon (I got a full set of new tires from Tire Choice at their other Hammond location not even 3 years ago). I declined.As they bring my car around, technician walks me outside to show me a huge metal spike embedded into my front right tire. Now, mind you my car has been parked in a personal parking garage for over a year now. And it was fine when I arrived. They took zero responsibility, even when I asked them why this wasn t pointed out or noted on their initial inspection (considering I brought my car in to have my oil changed and tires rotated and checked). They shrugged and said it should be fine . When I asked what could be done about it, they offered to quote me a price for a new tire.Getting $1700 out of me for all new brake pads and rotors was insane considering mine were still functional, but I was here for it, why not? But forcing a new tire on me from damage accrued while within their shop and after the initial inspection? AND making me pay for it too? Crazy behavior.They only want your money here. Comment : Horrible customer service. Waited over 4 hrs, work still was not completed correctly. But they sure did try to scam me and others into paying extra for tire alignments and 170 point inspections. Funny how when you call them out on it they removed the charges. Watch your bills. Its been over 3 weeks since I spoke with their customer service line and neither the local rep or the manager has reached out. Don't waste your time or money at this placeHorrible customer service. Comment : Finally after sometime of figuring out how to leave this review, big shoutout to Ms Bri, she was very bright eyed and welcomed me in with such a warming smile. She was quick to notice I needed 2 front tires and had suggested to get my alignment checked based off the inner tires having some damage. She was bright and persuaded me to trust her, best decision i could have made. She was clear when speaking and updated me on my vehicles progress. Comment : Me and my fiance came in for him to get 4 tires mounted and balance (already bought) was told it would take about 45 minutes and would cost about $60. We came in at 10:25am with only one other person in front of us. We waited for 3 hours!! While we waited we heard the employees talking about grilling in the shop (we could also smell the food being cooked). RIDICULOUS it takes 3 hours. When we finally got called to pay the guy said $290!! Absolutely not!! We ended up paying what we were quoted. Comment : I had gone there to get an alignment and balance from a deal my sister had found for me. I just replaced the steering knuckles on both sides and needed an alignment, the balance was a bonus. They took the car to the back and after 30 minutes the gentleman came and said there was going to be a few things extra needed to be done and brought me back to the mechanic that was servicing my car. The mechanic then proceeded to tell me I was going to need an adjustable chamber kit for the rear. I looked at him and asked if he had looked because I was almost positive I had already purchased and installed them. He then got under the car with a flashlight and realized his mistake. Then told me it was going to take awhile to do. 15 minutes later he comes and says my car is ready. Now my tires weren t off the car earlier and I don t think 15 minutes is enough time to do a balance and an alignment especially since the car still pulls to the left.I had gone there to get an alignment and balance from a deal my sister had found for me.
