Comment : Easy and convenient scheduling. Polite, informative, quick services! Cleaned inside of vehicle without extra cost, and refused tip stating, "It's my pleasure!" I'm hard to please and Jackson Kolich made it seem easy. Recommend 100%

Comment : A few months after I got my car back I popped my hood. My hood release falls apart in my hand. I thought it was melted, but it was hot glue gobbled all over it because it was broken and cobbled up. It was also painted black to hide the glue. I called today and of course they don't know anything about it. I replaced that part myself about 2 years ago. So I know it wasn't glued before it went to Hamilton.

Comment : Their service center does nothing but lie and cheat their customers.  I purchased a Nissan Vehicle in 2015.  At that time I also purchased a 10 year extended bumper to bumper warranty.  I have only attempted to use the warranty one time in 8 years but instead of covering the cost of a single wire repair the service center lied about the cause of the wire damage so that it would not be covered under the warranty. Then a few days later I get a letter in the mail saying they will no longer be able to honor my extended warranty at the cost I paid when I purchased my vehicle but that they would offer me another extended warranty for an extra 500 dollars a year.  Then on top of that they also tried to tell me my brakes had to be replaced immediately but I took my car to another reputable mechanic and they said the brakes are no where near needing to be replaced.  I will not use their service center again. They cannot be trusted!
