Comment : Scheduling was easy and checking in was very smooth and quick. I was advised of service needing to be performed and other recommended work and the costs of each. The vehicle was ready when promised. I've been driving it about 2 weeks since servicing and everything noted was addressed.

Comment : Drove from New Jersey to see the 2020 Ford Explorer ST they had on cars.com.
Was greeted outside by the receptionist who asked if I needed help. I said yes. Was then greeted by Sean. Sean was superb. Brought the keys out handed them to me and offered a test drive. Very simple process. Drove the car while having great conversation with Sean about the ST. We then got back to the dealer and made the deal. A fair price no awkward back and forth just a deal that made me feel good and them feel good. Sean made the process worry free also had support from his manager Sal. Also Jaime made the process so simple with getting the car registered in New Jersey for me as well.
Overall excellent experience highly recommend this dealer. Very straightforward customer centric experience. Thanks again Sean and everyone at Haldman Ford Lincoln!

Comment : Buying my Honda pilot from them with Bobby was a good experience a few months ago. But just a few short months after getting it, the battery died. At least that’s what we think/was told after dropping the car off Friday and having to call for an Update today (Monday). Not really sure if it was thoroughly checked out for the cause but that’s what I got told. Was told all together would cost about $500+ for replacing the battery and aligning the tires because the tires make a popping sound when turned all the way and also the steering wheel vibrates driving on the high way. Okay... starting to wonder if this was a trustworthy place to buy a car from in the first place being that it was apparently fully inspected and checked out prior to buying. Anyways, we decided that we will put the battery in ourselves so we go to pick up the car to take it home. Nobody said hi for several minutes. Was not acknowledged while service member even took a sip of water still saying nothing. Then had to move the dead car in the parking lot ourselves to be able to jump it ourselves…. Not very customer service friendly if you ask me. I pray to god that this is not a testament for how it will go for future services. I’ll keep updating my review as time goes on.
