Comment : My wife and I were casually looking for a full-size SUV as our lease was up on our current car within the year and we needed more space. 3 days later after initially walking into Haldeman and dealing with Bill Bailey, we drove away in a new Expedition Max. Bill's sales approach isn't the typical car salesman pitch. He simply helped us look for what we desired and educated us about what was available. Our initial reaction to dealing with Bill was, "I want to give him our business". We ended up leaving with a car that was sitting in front of us the whole time (and never thought we would buy) and we could not be happier. We are thrilled with the purchase and would absolutely recommend Haldeman to anyone looking for a new car. We also dealt with Jamie for the purchase and I have nothing but good things to say about our interaction as well - super personable and easy to talk to. He was willing to answer all my questions and did it with a great attitude. It seems the general vibe at this dealership is a positive one and I'm sure experiences with other individuals would turn out the same.

Comment : DO NOT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION, I went with my wife for her car inspection. (Mind you I did her oil change & coolant before the date to make sure everything will be ok for the inspection) nothing came on driving here, and then all of a sudden they say “your check engine light is on” which I instantly felt suspicious about. Plus paying $95 just to tell me what is wrong with the car is already a scam enough. So we declined and when driving back to the house the engine light randomly turns off? Drove more and even hit the gas to see if it will turn back on. never did. We went out to Scott dealership and it passed inspection with no problems? All they want is your money and will never go there again for anything. Money hungry and actually sad. I feel bad for the people who don’t know much about cars and get advantaged off of dealerships for their money. Shame on you and terrible service. I never put reviews anywhere but for this i had to. go to your local gas station or any other dealership to get your inspection done. Do not go here.
