Comment : Lance Morris made the process of trading vehicles easy. He even took the time to sit in the car and show me the controls and features on the large touchscreen on the dash. Been looking at Subaru's for a while and we found the one we wanted at Hagan's. Todd Boles made signing all the paper work easy and explained everything in detail. Hagan's is the place to go. Welcoming, friendly people who go above and beyond for their customers. I absolutely love my new Subaru Crosstrek!

Comment : I was from out of town and communicated by messaging and phone with Charles Tilley. They had the car I wanted and made a deal with me for my trade in and on the car I wanted that I felt was fair. Most of the paperwork was done when I got there and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Charles, Danny & Todd in finance. We?ve already taken it on a road trip and got into a light snow dusting and it performed great! Love my car and I?d recommend dealing with them.

Comment : Danny and Todd were both great! They were both very friendly, not pushy, and had great conversation with both! They made us feel comfortable with no pressure. Todd was very thorough on the finance options. I have to say it was one of the most relaxed car purchases I have ever made. 100% recommend Hagans!

Comment : I was told that Hagan was better then Orr but my experience today I would of gave negative stars if there was an option. I took my truck to have some Warranty work done to it yesterday with a list of stuff to have checked out. I recieved a call this morning and was told what all my Warranty would cover out of the list I wanted checked out and I specifically told them to ONLY do what my Warranty covered. They called later today and told me my truck was ready so I went to pick it up and was told that my total was $380ish dollars. My deductible is only $100. I asked what the remaining $280 was for and they said for an alignment. WOW an alignment was not covered under my warranty so I told them I was not paying for an alignment since I specifically told them this morning to only do what my warranty covered. Needless to say my truck is in my driveway and I only paid $109. Here's the icing on the cake, as I drive onto the road leaving hagans I let go of my steering wheel to see how the alignment was and my truck would of put me in the ditch if I wouldn't of grabbed my wheel. Hagan really charges almost $300 for that. I can do a better job then that using a 2x4. I'm not saying their that bad of a company I'm merely saying all that could of been avoided if they would of just done what my warranty covered as asked from the beginning!
