Comment : We are headed on a month long trip with our Ram and our camper. We were having mechanical issues with the truck and a dealer before this one said they couldn't get to it for a week. Hagans got to it that day, had it done by mid morning the following day, and let us sleep in our camper in their parking lot. On top of that multiple employees asked if we needed anything like a ride to the store or anything before they left for the evening. It's obvious the people who work here care about their customers and go above and beyond. Very happy with the service here.

Comment : Just had a painful repair to my Jeep back in October at another business and it recurred, BUT, Jason the service manager of Hagans made the process painless with daily updates and fantastic service. Hagans is a great place to trade.

Comment : I took a video of what happened he vehicle was doing, was asked a few questions gave my concerns of what I figured was the problem. The young man at the counter was able to find and fix the issue. I am so happy someone there listened to me the customer. We let the young man at the counter utilize the vehicle over night to see if the problem continued. He brought it back the next day and said it was ready for pick up. When we picked the vehicle up it appeared to have the power it should and gas mileage went up using cruise control. It has been a long time since the owner has gotten anything better than 18MPG at any point. They will be extremely happy.

Comment : The whole crew at Hagans Dodge has been top notch since we’ve been dealing with them since the 80’s… nothing has changed but I have to really commend the service department and their willingness to help all customers… Jason Morgan always makes me feel at ease when we call to schedule an oil change or a question about a possible problem with a vehicle… my family will always be appreciative to all who work there and provide the best customer service that a dealership should always have, which is top NOTCH!!
