Comment : Adam in sales was great. The service department is an absolute joke. I spent 25k on a car there, and it?s been nothing but problems. They ?fixed? the exhaust that was vibrating when the car was in eco mode. In fixing, they broke another bracket. As soon as I left from the initial fix, I pulled right back in. They claimed that bracket wasn?t under warranty. Cost me 300 bucks. I?m about to go spend 600 more dollars on brakes and rotors. This was supposed to have been taken care of at time of purchase. I have paper work that claims it was. The brakes are grinding so bad it?s unreal. Never heard anything like it. ?Technician? told me it?s normal. Since the day I picked it up it?s been this way. Absolutely disgusted with them. Adam?. If you go somewhere else to sell cars, let us know. Service department?. You should find new professions. Terrible. I wish I could swear on here. Cause I have some choice words.

5/2/26-Just a follow up on this. They never called or made it right. The charger I bought for 25k, 4 years and 20k miles later, I got 3k as a trade in. The entire time I owned the car, the thing was a nightmare. I promise to anyone reading this: DO NOT GO HERE!

Comment : Can we say we had a good experience? Our reply now would be a NO. We purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler JK a hardtop with extremely low miles in good condition. Our experience to date has been frustrating. From vehicle condition issues, (hardtop wiper/defrost not connected) a newer radio equipped with a backup camera that isn't available to finance paperwork problems (wrong paperwork to a payoff nightmare because of the paperwork) worried it was going to hit our credit. Now today we have a check engine light on (a thermostat hanging open). Then no one wants to get back to you, a comman courtesy. We trusted that the Jeep was in working order at almost $20k you think they would stand behind what they sell. We traded 2 vehicles in a 2012 Black GMC Sierra with 70k miles was offer 6k they took $1000 off for a check engine light a O2 sensor. Then 2013 Orange Jeep Wrangler with 85K. They made out on both. Frustrating is an understatement. I would not in good conscience refer anyone to this dealership, nor would we ever be a return customer.

Comment : Rick McCoy nailed it for the third time in a row. Got me into a great truck with all the specs I needed and did it in one day. He made the whole process so seamless and simple. Showed me all the features when I took delivery and even showed me how to connect my phone. I can’t recommend Rick and the whole Haasz team enough!
