Comment : Had car for a week, didn’t fix the problem they troubleshooted it to be. Price quoted seemed very high, but we were in need of repair so went forward with it. That’s on us… should have went with gut (and google shopping prices showing this was out of range)…

Anyway- No communication with us throughout week of inability to figure out what was wrong. Appointment was for Monday and they didn’t even look at it until some time Tuesday. Weird. In that week (M-F), didn’t even manage to do the oil change and tire alignment they were also hired to complete. $1100 paid (!!!) and car still doesn’t run. Oh, but we didn’t know any of this until we called and asked about our car… not a single call from them all week. Why they couldn’t complete all items we needed serviced is extremely confusing. Oil changes are a 30 minute task.

We were impressed with their fast, efficient car inspection service the first visit and decided to give them our business again, but have been left disappointed and frustrated. The key to customer service is good communication, and there is a major breakdown in that.

Comment : The other day, our family car gave out on us and we needed to plate our new car on the fly. I was at the door with my three children sharply when they opened, super hopeful but with low expectations that we could get in for an inspection. Ryan told us he could get us in in about an hour and a half. I was so grateful! He ended up getting us in in TWENTY minutes! I could not believe how awesome and kind this shop was! He didn't even seem annoyed that I was there when he unlocked the door. He was so professional and friendly! They took care of the inspection in no time. The lobby was perfect to wait in, ready with phone chargers on both sides of the lobby, which was such a nice and helpful touch for customers who have to wait for their cars to get done. I will recommend them to anyone who needs automotive work from now on.
