Comment : the salesman Dontae was very responsive before I purchased the vehicle and after purchasing the vehicle I noticed there was a bullet hole in the back and the sensors were off on the vehicle and I would message Dontae trying to get this matter fixed due to the vehicle having warranty and I got no response to calls or text so I just went to the dealership wanting to know how I can get my vehicle fixed due to the lack of communication from the salesman Dontae they have to order the part for the vehicle and I have to bring my vehicle back up there next monday to get fixed so I wasted gas money as well . Personally I wouldn t recommend this dealership due to the lack of communication from salesmen Dontae. Comment : After going to 5 other dealerships in dealing with 5 pushy salesmen all day long trying to sell us a truck we did not want, we finally ended up going to Gwatney Chevrolet to purchase a new 2025 Chevy 2500 Silverado. I so much appreciated Mike Potter s sales approach and professionalism to providing us with a great deal on our dream truck. Comment : I was recommended to contact Nate regarding a service need for my truck. I sent a text to Nate whom I never met and suggested I bring the truck in. Ironically I was stranded but watched the Towing service load my truck and to deliver it to a complete stranger. Nate assured me that my truck was in good hands. I was at peace!!! This was also during the snow storm. Nate accepted my truck and kept it for a few days (only because they were closed due to inclement weather) . But he returned, he made sure my truck was assessed, serviced, and ready to go by the time I got off work. When I finally met Nate 3-4 days later, I felt like I had been knowing him all of my life. He literally took good care of my truck and made sure I was at peace and satisfied with the service. I typically frequent another Chevy dealership but I m moving my service needs to this location. Comment : I had been looking for the perfect upgrade for me and my family for a while. I stumbled upon the Ford Bronco Sport and really liked it. Kelsey was very nice and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I did most of it online and I ended up going that day and finishing the deal. We was in an out. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and they closed at 7:00. We did not feel rushed at all. Got to look over the vehicle, test drive it and they answered any questions we had on it. Comment : My vehicle was broken into after I left it with gwatney in Jacksonville to be serviced. They left the doors unlocked and left it unattended. They had the nerve to tell the officer it isn t their fault and they re not liable bc of the waiver I signed when I dropped it off. No one talked to me or attempted to act concerned. I filed a police report but I m sure nothing will come from that.
