Comment : I wanted to share my excellent experience with Kevin Baily and Derrick Reed. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.
They had all of my paperwork prepared and organized in advance, which made everything smooth and efficient. When I arrived, my car was beautifully detailed, filled with a full tank of gas, and completely ready to go.
This level of care and professionalism truly stands out and made my visit a very positive one. I highly recommend Kevin and Derrick to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Comment : Absolutely exhausted with trying to get quality service from the service department. I purchase every recommendation, I have complained to management and yet send my son for an oil change none of the fluids are topped off including the damn oil I paid for.
I have also had terrible luck with service on my truck having to make them correct it several times.
Shame on me for going back and giving more chances.
3/24/26 Made an appointment for my other truck at 7am, 725am still no techs why make an appointment. So I left and they do not care clearly, Gwatney has enough customers and do not need anymore.
The service department needs lots of training or new leadership.
I do not appreciate my time being wasted.
Well you have done all that before and still no improvement.
