Comment : My experience with the service department has been unbelievable bad. Had a problem and they were going to to repair A small repair but wanted to keep car over night no loaner car. A week later the same problem motor would not run after filling the gas tank. Charged me again Another day wanting to keep the car over night no loaner car. A month later the check engine light came on. Another wanting to keep car overnight no loaner available. The following day after repairs the engine light came back.on.When I took it back they told me they would repair it for free. But the could not do it right then would call me when space available. This had been going on for over 2 months. Each times some other reason not to repair

Comment : Brad was easy to work with and the team At Gwatney was easy to work with. They did what they said and didn’t play games or hide anything. Gave me a fair trade in price and didn’t add a bunch of hidden fees. I paid what we agreed on. Very professional from start to finish.
Made my sons 21st b day!
