Comment : Worst shop I have ever been to they gonna overcharge you. I went in for one thing they called back with $1500 worth of more repairs and I still left with a problem I didn’t have before I put my truck in the shop. Of course they gonna say oh it was nothing we did it will cost you another $1000. I spent $5100 like I told Brian I could have bought a truck with less miles of course he would say naw I don’t think so. I guess they will say whatever to get the person to pay an absurd price. Like I told them in the beginning I could have bought a truck with less miles than mine had I should have stuck with my first idea instead of letting him talking me into paying $5100 and my truck is still not 100% to drive. Also before I brought it I told them it doesn’t turn. After I brought it there I was told I would be charged another towing fee for them to get it into the shop. Like wow I told you that from the beginning and wasn’t told it would be an extra fee they claimed they didn’t tow. Also I informed Brian the battery was dead and I could change it out instead he told me they had a relationship with the part store I used and they would bring the replacement. I was like oh that’s kool only for them to call me back and say oh we have to charge you $51 to change out the battery. I could have did it myself why offer a service but inform the customer it will be a charge after you do it. This is a price gauge shop I wouldn’t suggest this shop to my worst enemy. They told me I needed some services that I actually did not need at all they just was guessing. $5100 gone down the drain and my truck still need to go to the shop

Comment : They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They called us with an estimate for the parts and labor. They also performed a visual inspection of the vehicle . Completely satisfied with the auto repairs performed .

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Always performs complete check of all systems on our Audi, and provides an estimated time frame for other future maintenance and service requirements. Excellent knowledgeable staff. Extremely clean facility. We have been using Guy's for 30 years.
