Comment : If you live nearby, they shuttle you to your location and back as they work on the car. They provide you via text with a detailed report with pictures and the state of each part of your car and the recommended action and you can call to tell them which recommendations you'd like completed today. They are very upfront about the price of each item and whether the recommendation is urgent or can wait. They are also very honest about whether they believe certain fixes will be beneficial. All the staff I interfaced with were also very friendly and patient.

Comment : I haven't experienced customer service like that ever from any Auto shop in my life of 50 years. Was excellent!! Rental also. in and out
No games. Got pictures of parts sent to me with out asking.
Updated in a timely manner.
Smooth as can be.
Ill definitely refer them to anyone.

Comment : I was stuck on the way to work but with the wifi, I was able to work in the waiting nook as they took a look at my jeep. They kept me informed, Very hospitable & brought my attention to future items that would need addressing. They have successfully created an environment more like family then strangers.
