Comment : My wife and I got a car from Nu way and 6 days later the motor was pouring out oil and need to be replaced so we contacted Nu way and they said their shop would fix it for us under our warranty and they brought it here and we waited almost a week for our motor replaced and then we got it back yesterday and drove it for a few minutes and the transmission is shifting hard and it won't go in to reverse at all and the check engine light is on when the original motor never had a check engine light on and the mechanic even asked us if there was any lights on the dash and we told him just the tire pressure light was on thats it we did not have a car for a week and now we have to bring it back up here Monday morning and hope they can fix it the correct way this time and hopefully it doesn't take almost a week for the repair and leave us with no vehicle! We will see how the time goes and it the service is any better and our car is actually fixed this time I will update my review

Comment : Took my car up there and asked for a diagnosis. Found out my car has been sent somewhere else. It's been a week. I haven't told them to fix anything. This experience is the worst.

Comment : Very professional and helpful. I blew out a tire about a week ago or so. Ronnie helped me with putting my spare on for the time being. I came back to get my tire put on my rim and they even put that back on for me. I definitely will go back. Honestly they didn't make me pay for any of it. I feel bad for not paying but he insisted I was good to go. Thank you for your help and service. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend gulf coast outdoor world.

Comment : Don't take your mower here to get serviced!!! I should of stuck with my gut instinct as the front desk guys are very lazy and the service department proved to be no different. We dropped mower off, last winter. In the time that they had it, we heard every excuse in the book. Mechanic on vacation, family emergency, we'll call you back, etc. Long story short. We picked it up this summer and it would NOT even operate. So, we took it to Mow Life in Diamondhead and they fixed it in one day. Stay away from Gulf Coast Outdoor World!!!
