Comment : Diagnosed my issue but the diagnosis wasn't cheap and neither was their repair estimate. Their labor or parts must be really expensive. Also scratched up my steering wheel, left grease smudges on the paint and didn't do anything about it. Generally a chaotic and unwelcoming environment as well. Had much better experiences at Beck's for about the same price.

Comment : I’ve been getting oil changes here recently. Excellent service and communication. They inform me of other issues without trying to sell me things I don’t need. Very honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Comment : This was my first experience with this auto shop, and it was awesome! I was raised on a farm and do most things myself because I want the job done right. I found this place to be top notch, and I am more than satisfied with all aspects. Very easy to schedule, the communication including reminders and estimates to review/approve are all electronic using texting. The staff is very friendly at the desk and Tom was very knowledgeable and took his time to listen to me and explain things very well (at check-in and check-out). I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs auto work done. They provided me with a complete review of my vehicle along with the things I knew were issues and all of that is detailed on the notes you can see online. They did the analysis the same day I dropped it off and they had it fixed the next morning ready for pickup. There were a few things that needed repaired that they don't do, but they offered great recommendations for places they trust and I really appreciated that. Overall, I was very pleased with them and happy to have found “my new auto shop” going forward. I would have given them 10 starts if I could have!

Comment : This place. Was super fantastic service. I picked up a nail. Somewhere along the trip place was recommended by the hotel staff. I was hoping for a fast repair to continue on the vacation. I pulled up to the station and asked the service writer if they could fix it and how long. She went and got the service tech. I was done with in 20.to 30 minutes. Wasn't expecting that fast. Tech explained everything. And on the road we went. Extremely trustworthy and fast. Price was extremely reasonable.
